| The development of China’s whole property insurance industry shows the characteristics of high market concentration,fierce competition,significant leading effect and obvious Matthew effect.The unbalanced and uncoordinated development of various property insurance entities,especially small and medium-sized property insurance companies,is more prominent.As an emerging small and medium-sized property insurance company founded in 2018,HH Property Insurance Co.,Ltd.is located in the underdeveloped western region.Although it has developed for more than three years,it is still in the primary stage of enterprise development for a long time.In terms of brand influence,market-oriented business and institutional viability,There are many problems in business structure and market distribution.Through the research on the development strategy of HH company,this paper aims to help small and medium-sized property insurance companies newly established or to be established in other underdeveloped areas how to grow rapidly and healthily,and provide some guidance and reference for small and medium-sized property insurance companies how to participate in the development of underdeveloped areas,help to continuously consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and further improve the construction of regional financial system.Exploring the way of insurance finance to promote common prosperity provides a certain reference significance.The purpose of this paper is to help HH company achieve its next threeyear planning objectives and long-term planning objectives quickly.Integrate into the new development pattern of Gansu Province and provide insurance assistance in the construction of ecological barrier.The exploration of common prosperity and the improvement of regional financial system will guide it to steadily develop outward with the help of national macro policies.So as to it can takes a solid step towards becoming a first-class financial and insurance group.This paper summarizes and combs the strategic management theory by looking up references,then through selecting the representative HH company as the research object,finds out the main difficulties and challenges of the company through research,interviews and other methods,comprehensively analyzes the internal and external environment of HH company by using research and analysis tools such as Porter’s five forces model,PEST model and SWOT mode.Find out the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of HH company,list the appropriate development strategies in various environments with the help of SWOT matrix,and compare and analyze various development strategies.Finally,it is considered that the overall strategy of HH company is growth strategy,specific business level strategy,the differentiation strategy and concentration strategy in the basic competitive strategy should be mainly selected in the short term.The market penetration strategy in the intensive growth strategy can increase the use of the market development strategy and new product development strategy in the intensive growth strategy in the medium term,and the transnational strategy in the international business strategy can be selected in the long term. |
