The Research On Development Status And Countermeasures Of Leisure Agriculture In Honghu City,Hubei Province

In recent years,with the rapid growth of urban and rural residents’ income and the continuous improvement of consumption quality,outdoor travel has become the first choice for residents in surrounding areas and cities,and leisure agriculture has ushered in new opportunities for development.Honghu is not only an old revolutionary base area,but also a city with strong agricultural products.It has obvious advantages in resource endowment for the development of leisure agriculture.However,Honghu has only cultivated two provincial demonstration sites of leisure agriculture,namely Baguazhou Wetland Park and Tonghui Ecological Park,which is still a big gap in quantity compared with similar counties and cities in the province,indicating that there are certain deficiencies in the development of leisure agriculture in Honghu.In this paper,questionnaire survey method,field interview method and comparative research method to Honghu City leisure agriculture development in-depth research.An evaluation index system was constructed based on CSI model,including 4 target layers,11 factor layers and 22 index layers.A questionnaire on consumer satisfaction of leisure agriculture in Honghu City was designed.A 5-level Likert scale was used to score satisfaction-importance,and the data were sorted out by SPSS statistical analysis tool.The IPA analysis method was used to further analyze the data,and the impact factors affecting consumer satisfaction were mapped to the corresponding quadrant.According to the P-value of the paired T-test of each impact factor,the impact factors significantly affecting tourist experience were found,so as to improve the satisfaction of leisure agriculture consumers in Honghu City.At the same time,questionnaires were distributed to leisure farmers in Honghu to grasp the operation situation and shortcomings and to summarize;The person in charge of Tonghui Ecological Park,a provincial demonstration site of leisure agriculture,and the staff of Rural Revitalization Unit of Honghu Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs were selected as the interview subjects to design the interview outline,which mainly included the development status,existing problems and the next steps of the interview.Through comprehensive and multi-angle investigation and research,it concludes that the development of leisure agriculture in Honghu City is difficult in land approval,financing,unscientific management,homogenized operation,single activity type and inadequate publicity,etc.The main reasons are difficult in land approval for leisure agriculture,insufficient collateral,low quality of practitioners,lack of planning feasibility and low quality of publicity content of shooting scenic spots.As a new agricultural management form,leisure agriculture can promote farmers’income and promote the integrated development of agriculture and tourism,education,culture and health and other industries.Honghu City should make full use of the advantage of resource endowment and vigorously develop leisure agriculture.Therefore,based on the above research results,it is proposed that the development of leisure agriculture in Honghu City should start from the aspects of guaranteeing the land for leisure agriculture,increasing financial support,improving training efficiency,making scientific planning,promoting school-enterprise cooperation and improving the publicity level,so as to realize the high-quality development of leisure agriculture in Honghu City.
