A Study On The Mode Of Mutual Support For The Aged In Rural Area A Of Yan'an

China has officially entered an aging era since 2000.Under the current aging background,with the transfer of the young labor force in the urbanization,the support for the aged population in the rural area becomes more and more severe.Based on the policy guidelines of rural rejuvenation and the latest research results of domestic and foreign academic circles,the direction of Rural old-age support is mutual support.In part a of the rural area of Yan'An,the author arranges the Rural Economic Development,the family structure of the rural elderly population,the changing trend of the number of the rural elderly population,the health status,the family income status,the number of generations of the rural elderly population,the rural public old-age facilities and the service system,multi-demand and other practical situations;the use of demand level theory,social exchange theory,social embedding theory;and Literature Analysis,survey and interview,Comparative Analysis,the present situation and the existing demand of the old-age support in the rural areas investigated by the institute are analyzed by induction and statistics.To clarify the difficulties and deficiencies of the existing mode of providing for the aged in rural area a of Yan'an.Based on the analysis of the security level of the existing pattern of providing for the aged in rural areas,the miniaturization of rural population ageing,the optimization of labor transfer,the diversification of the needs of the elderly,and the basic security function of rural areas for the steady development of modernization,it is concluded that it is necessary and feasible to develop the rural mutual support for the aged in area a of Yan'an.Based on the growth of rural residents' income,the improvement of rural infrastructure,the expansion of rural collective economy,the strategic opportunity of rural revitalization,and the experience of prior areas,to explore the framework of mutual support for the aged suitable for the rural area of Area A in Yan'an.That is,to establish an association for the elderly and set up an activity center for the elderly;to rely on the association to gradually build a mutual-aid service center for the elderly who are not disabled;and to build a centralized mutual-aid service center for the elderly in combination with the actual population of the administrative village.We will gradually improve and gradually develop mutual assistance and old-age care services on the basis of associations for the elderly.It can not only meet the reality of providing for the aged in rural area a of Yan'an,but also promote the improvement of mental outlook,health level,children's burden and harmonious intergenerational relationship of the rural elderly population.It provides a reference for Shanbei to deal with rural aging and develop rural old-age service.In addition,it is of great practical significance for the rural elderly population in area a of Yan'an to coordinate and adjust the needs,services and resources of old-age care and to alleviate the grim situation of old-age care in rural areas.
