Research On VIPS Profit Model And Financial Evaluation Based On Value Chain

Internet big data interactive platform has been upgraded and developed rapidly after 2000.As of March 2023,China’s Internet penetration rate has reached 75.6%.With such a large data base,many entrepreneurs are more attracted to join in.Internet high-tech and e-commerce enterprises are springing up,and the new service development concept is supported by the general public.In such a context of having internet dividends,the stable and long-term development of an enterprise cannot be separated from its own profit model.It is very crucial to find its own position.By the end of 2022,VIPS has made profits for 40 consecutive quarters,and thecore goal of the profit model is to make profits.From this,we can see that taking VIPS as the research object can provide reference suggestions for the profit model of other industries.The value chain is the value creation system mechanism for enterprises or departments to carry out various economic activities,which is closely linked with the elements of the enterprise’s profit model.Therefore,adapting to the enterprise profit model that matches the enterprise value chain process can create more profits,which is the key point for enterprises to create value and quality.Firstly,this paper sorts out and summarizes the value chain theory,profit model and financial evaluation theory.On the basis of these theories,it deeply studies the value chain of goods-only and the elements of profit model of goods-only association corresponding to each link of the value chain,and explains the relationship and significance of the value chain and profit model in advance.In addition,it makes an in-depth study on the content of value creation.Finally,the financial data analysis of the annual report of VIPS Enterprise is carried out.The financial evaluation research is the process of extending and further improving the profit model.It is because the elements of the profit model are mainly written description,mainly analyzing the value chain link of VIPS and the five elements of the profit model,among which the five elements are profit target,profit point,profit source,profit leverage and profit barrier.In addition,the financial evaluation research is based on data analysis.Therefore,it combines not only the concept of enterprise value creation but also data analysis.This comprehensive and multiangle analysis of the overall operation of VIPS will be very helpful to both internal and external personnel of the enterprise.Through the research on the profit model and financial evaluation analysis,this paper finds that the main way for VIPS to make a lasting profit is to operate a special selling website and have a high-quality service team.At the same time,this paper also puts forward some specific implementation plans to solve the problem of the small multiplier of the rights and interests of VIPS.For example,it proposes to optimize the value chain management,the main content of which is to increase the investment in technology.For the profit model,the main content is to expand the sales channels and deepen the professional fields.The last is the transformation of the business model of VIPS,that is,the transformation from B2C to community e-commerce.This kind of thinking of ahead-of-the-curve transformation is beneficial for VIPS enterprises to find the outlet and take the lead in e-commerce enterprises.From the above specific implementation plan,we can draw the following conclusions.According to the suggestions of VIPS and the same industry,the most important thing for enterprises to create a good reputation effect is service concept.In this article,the customer service concept is mentioned.We should respond to the users in a timely manner and be friendly.At the same time,we should be able to innovate solutions and seek efficient office strategies.At the same time,it is also suggested that the company can objectively improve the salary of the employees,and motivate the employees to work actively.In this way,employees will have the motivation to better complete the work and form a closed-loop path.Enterprises should create their own "set" of competitive advantages according to their own actual conditions.At the same time,they should not forget to start from scratch,enhance the humanized service of enterprises,and create the word-of-mouth effect of standardized service.
