On May 7,2015,the state council on developing e-commerce to speed up cultivating economy's opinions on new policies,marks the development of China's e-commerce again on a new step.On the one hand,for the sake of convenience,people consciously use the web to find products or services meet their own needs,on the other hand,more and more products and the service provider using the network platform to run,great changes have taken place in business processing mode.In the first half of 2014,China's online retail market size is 1.0856 trillion yuan,in 2015,the scale has reached 1.614 trillion yuan,the year-on-year growth rate of 48.7%.Electronic commerce as a kind of advanced information-based business trading patterns,are in progress in the development of hi-tech means to break the traditional means of trade.B2C(Business-to-the Customer),in short,is a kind of electronic Business enterprise to consumers,enterprises by setting up an online store-,which is based on the Internet,enterprise to consumers,provide new form of shopping,consumers directly through the online payment or goods to the terms of payment and settlement.This way of trade not only saves both time and space,can also be concentrated to provide diversified products to consumers,improve the trade efficiency.In 2015,China's online shopping market size is 3.8 trillion yuan,B2 C electrical dealer market size of 2 trillion yuan,although B2 C electronic business enterprise in our country after the rapid development of 2010 to 2015,the size of the growth of 733%,many enterprises have been successfully listed,but due to the development of the B2 C electricity industry in China is not mature,lack of relevant professional and technical personnel to compare at the same time,a lot of electricity enterprises difficult to profit,profit or no clear development strategy,lead to many enterprises can not achieve long-term sustainable profitability.To seek a sustainable development strategy and long-term profit model for electricity is very important to the development of the business enterprise of our country.This article mainly by one of our audiences of B2 C e-commerce enterprises,dangdang network as a specific case analysis.Firstly expounds the B2 C e-commerce,profit model and relevant concepts and theory,illustrates the theoretical basis of B2 C electronic business profit model and classification,this paper pointed out the mainmethods of B2 C electrical contractor evaluation,and then is largely based on financial perspective using SWOT analysis,financial analysis and comparative analysis methods for dangdang profit model has carried on the detailed research and analysis,the dangdang profit mode compared with jingdong mall,amazon,find dangdang transition from vertical electric business started in 2010 as the main problems of comprehensive after electricity,to its business strategy and profitable strategy put forward Suggestions for improvement.In the management of enterprise,profit model is correct and sustainable relationship to the survival of the whole enterprise,this article finally summarized in the specific cases,to provide reference for other similar enterprises.Because of poor information,I research level is limited,this article also there is a big shortage.
