With the rapid popularization of the Internet and the increasing improvement of information technology,digital procurement has become an inevitable trend of social development.Especially in 2020,when the COVID-19 broke out in an all-round way,electronic bidding is particularly important.At present,in the rapid development of the"Internet plus big data era",the electronic bidding mode makes the bidding work more efficient,faster,more sunny,more transparent,and more environmentally friendly.All industries strive to be in line with it,but there are indeed various potential risks.The entire process and final procurement results of bidding procurement have an incalculable impact on the enterprise.The risks and problems left by the bidding stage will be manifested in subsequent business operations and amplified,bringing a huge impact to the enterprise.By establishing a risk management system,potential risks that may occur are prevented and controlled during project implementation,ensuring the normal operation of project implementation,achieving cost reduction and efficiency increase for the enterprise,and reducing management costs,laying the foundation for the sustainable development and steady progress of the enterprise.The author of this article takes Z Company as an example to conduct a case study,mainly focusing on the risk management related content in the implementation process of Z Company’s digital procurement project.This provides ideas for the current stage of the company’s risk management in the digital procurement transformation process,which lacks focus and is difficult to obtain.This article is based on the current situation and future planning of Z Company’s digital procurement project,combined with risk management theory and tools,to sort out the process of Z Company’s digital procurement project,and use risk identification methods to identify the risks that exist in the implementation process of Z Company’s digital procurement project.Based on this,the causes of different risks are analyzed and risk assessments are conducted.The risks are divided into four types,and corresponding risk response measures are proposed,At the same time,optimization suggestions are proposed for Z Company’s digital procurement management,in order to establish a risk management plan system suitable for its own digital procurement project characteristics,and provide theoretical basis for Z Company’s subsequent digital procurement strategy practice process.
