Study On Project Risk Management Of Infrastructure Digital Management Platform Of S Company

As China vigorously promotes the construction of a "digital power",the digital economy is becoming more and more prominent in the national economy,becoming an important force to promote economic growth.However,the digitization process of China’s secondary industry is relatively slow,and there is still a lot of development potential waiting to be explored.Among them,due to the long project period,high construction risk and irreversible impact,there are many uncertainties in the implementation of the digitalization project of infrastructure projects.In the context of the "new infrastructure" era,there is an urgent need to conduct risk management studies on relevant projects to enable them to better use digital means to enhance their development.At present,most of the research on risk management of information technology projects at home and abroad relies on physical engineering projects,and the research on risk management of digital projects is a bit insufficient.In this paper,infrastructure construction digital management platform project of S Company was taken as an example.Firstly,the project-wide risk factors is identified using the combination of work breakdown structure and risk breakdown structure(WBS-RBS method),and the risk factors was confirmed by Delphi method to form a three-level list of 24 risk factors.Then,the hierarchical analysis method was applied to analyze the weight of each work task unit of the project,and the network analysis method was applied to analyze the weight of each process risk factor of the project,and formed the weighted supermatrix of project-wide risk factors with the help of yaanp software to get the risk ranking,so as to find out the key risk factors and provide the theoretical basis for the next step of risk response and monitoring.According to the evaluation results,the response and monitoring measures for the project risks are finally proposed to form a more complete risk management system.Risk management,as an important management element of business operation,is particularly important in infrastructure enterprises and digitalization projects.By conducting risk management research on the whole process of infrastructure construction digital management platform project of S Company,this paper has formed a set of risk management research method system for infrastructure enterprise digital project,which is an important reference value for risk management of similar projects.
