| In recent years,with the continuous increase in power consumption in society and the development and application of new technologies,especially the acceleration of the construction of smart grids by the State Grid,these changes urgently require power supply companies to reform the old power production and operation models.,In order to adapt to the market’s demand for electric energy in the new economic environment.In power supply companies,"team" is an organizational unit that is common in various departments.It is the most terminal organization for the company’s daily work execution.Teams in the production front-line departments implement various work indicators issued by the company and decomposed by the department.It is the completion of these small goals that will eventually build a strong power grid,charge for a better life,and empower a beautiful China.However,the current basic team management work of power supply companies generally has problems such as low work process promotion efficiency,safety production control reliance on old experience,weak voice of party A in technological transformation projects,and work points design only the length of the work time.These problems are extremely serious.It dampens the enthusiasm of front-line employees,and enters a vicious circle under passive sabotage.Therefore,innovating and optimizing team management is an important way for power companies to further expand and strengthen,consolidate their foundation,and transform and develop.This article takes the team management of the substation maintenance room of Q Power Supply Company as the observation object,and analyzes and summarizes the team management of the substation maintenance room of Q Power Supply Company by studying various theoretical results of power enterprise team management at home and abroad,and combining the author’s job position.Existing problems,sort out their causes,use refined management and target management theories as the theoretical support of this article,and use qualitative analysis and PDCA cycle methods as analysis tools to address the problems in the team management of the substation maintenance room.,Put forward optimization suggestions,and formulate safeguard measures.This article is an attempt to "new way out" under the "old problems",focusing on the four cores of team planning management,safety management and control,technological transformation and overhaul process control and work point incentive design,and try to use the combination of refined management and target management.It hopes to explore innovative ways to optimize team management and serve Q Power Supply Company’s response to “improving quality and efficiency” and implementing reform-driven and innovation-driven strategic paths to upgrade power grids,management,and services.It is hoped that the analysis in this article can provide new ideas for team management for other departments of Q Power Supply Company and even the power industry. |
