The communication industry has a wide variety of products and the speed of product innovation,resulting in extremely short order cycle and unstable demand.At the same time,there are many raw material specifications and suppliers distributed all over the world,which increases the difficulty of supply chain management and increases great risks to product quality assurance,on-time delivery,cost control and supplier management.In order to follow up the speed of the market,customers will change the order demand anytime.In order to control the cost and ensure on-time delivery,manufacturers and suppliers will meet the demand through the mode of making to order,that’s a responsive three-level supply chain is formed by customers,manufacturers and suppliers.Such a high-speed and responsive supply chain is a great test for its three members.The requirements for mutual cooperation,trust and ability are very high.Therefore,various risks of procurement under the three-level supply chain are everywhere.Combined with the theoretical concepts of three-level supply chain,procurement risk management and responsive supply chain,and through the analysis of the operation status and procurement management process of C company in the three-level supply chain,this thesis identifies the risk problems in the process of procurement management,studies them and proposes the measures.From the related concepts of three-level supply chain,risk management and procurement risk management,this thesis analyzes the risks in the procurement management of C company from the perspective of three-level supply chain,such as market fluctuation,plan change,customer default,unsalable customized products and high inventory cost,at the same time,considering the characteristics of C company’s own responsive supply chain and procurement management,this thesis puts forward corresponding improvement measures for C company’s procurement risk management under the three-level supply chain.Finally,this thesis summarizes this research,points out the shortcomings,and puts forward expectations for procurement risk management under Multi-level Supply Chain in the future.
