| With the change of market economy,the traditional human resource management model is based on six modules,such as human resource planning,recruitment,training,compensation,performance,labor relations,which can’t meet the needs of modern enterprise human resource management and strategic development.For enterprises,it is urgent to innovate human resource management model,enhance enterprise management,and create a professional and empowered human resource management team.The three-pillar management model is a new theory and management model in human resources,and it has been a new trend in in China after its successful practice in some enterprises.G company,one of the leading enterprises in the field of optical communication,was used as the object in this study.Firstly,the strategic HR management theory,organizational reform theory and three-pillar HR model were investigated through literature research.Then,the case analysis was carried out for the HR management of G Company,and its HR management characteristics were investigated through questionnaire survey and management interview of partial managers.The main issues of human resource management model and enterprise management structure of G company were identified.Through problem analysis,it can be found that the present HR management system can’t meet the strategic and business needs,and it is necessary to be reformed.Furthermore,the feasibility as well as the necessity were analyzed for the HR management system reform,and related strategies and key principles were analyzed to select the optimal method for the reform of HR management system and enterprise structure.To ensure the feasibility and the effect of the reform,this study also presented safeguards to prevent problems arising from the late change.The human resources informatization should be constructed quickly,and the comprehensive ability and cognitive level of HR team should be improved.Moreover,the human resources management level of all managers should be enhanced to realize the successful reform of human resource management system in G company. |
