The complex and changeable business environment prompts enterprises to put fo rward higher requirements for Human resource management.The Human resources d epartment should respond to business needs in time according to external changes,ad just organizational structure and human resource strategy quickly,and empower busin ess and boost development.Traditional Human resource management tends to be func tional,unable to meet the requirements of business variability and timeliness,and diff icult to achieve business value.Therefore,more and more enterprises choose to transf orm to the three-pillar mode of human resources.As the three-pillar HR model is a ne w mode of thinking and behavior,many enterprises are often unable to truly understa nd the connotation of the three pillars of HR in the process of transformation,unable t o formulate a scientific human resources reform plan,resulting in the final transforma tion failure.In this context,the study conducted in-depth analysis and research on the transformation of the three pillars of HR through literature research and case analysis.First of all,through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the study studies the three pillars of HR from a strategic perspective,extracts the cor e concept of the three pillars of HR,reveals its connotation,and provides theoretical s upport and scientific methodology for enterprises in need of transformation.Secondly,taking the case of Y company’s three-pillar HR transformation as the r esearch object,the whole process and transformation effect of Y Company’s three-pill ar HR management transformation are studied to find out the shortcomings and misu nderstandings in the process of Y company’s transformation.In view of the root cause of the insufficiency and misunderstanding,put forward the "from the outside to the in side" human resource management reform and optimization plan,and formulate supp orting measures for the implementation of optimization.Through the case analysis of Y company’s transformation and the design of transformation optimization scheme,it provides a realistic reference for the human resources transformation of Chinese enter prises.In short,the study studied the three-pillar HR new human resource management mode through literature method,and deeply analyzed the practice cases of Y compan y’s Three-pillar HR reform,deeply revealed the operation principle of the three-pillar HR management mode,not only further enriched the three-pillar HR model managem ent theory,At the same time,it also provides solutions to the problems encountered in the transformation of human resource management in Chinese enterprises,which has practical guiding significance.
