HR three-pillar model is a new theory and practice model in the field of human resource management.Since it was introduced into China in recent years,it has shown the powerful driving force to the human capital value increment through the successful practice of some enterprises.And gradually become a new trend of transformation and upgrading of human resources management in Chinese enterprises.This paper studies the development of this new theory and practice innovation in China,analyzes its influence and value on Chinese enterprises,and summarizes the existing problems.And analyze the deep-seated reasons behind the successful implementation of HR three-pillar model for domestic enterprises represented by Tencent,which has practical significance for the future development of human resources management of Chinese enterprises to provide guidance and practical inspiration.This paper firstly introduces the research background and methods,expounds the development and evolution of the theory and practice of force resource management,the origin of the three pillars of HR and their core viewpoints,and combs the theoretical research results through literature research.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of HR three-pillar mode in Chinese enterprises.On the basis of putting forward the questions,taking the practice innovation of the three-pillar HR model of Tencent as the research object,this paper deeply analyzes the reasons and experiences of the success of the three-pillar model of HR in Tencent,and summarizes the reasons why Chinese enterprises need the three-pillar model of HR.Then it analyzes the specific case ofthe best practice of the three pillars of Tencent HR,and provides enlightenment for the future development of Chinese enterprises facing the direction of human resources management transformation and upgrading.Finally,through inductive and deductive summary,the paper puts forward the research conclusion that the three-pillar model of the: HR is a kind of reform idea,Chinese enterprises need to keep pace with the times,combined with the changes of the internal and external management environment of the enterprises.At the same time,the importance of human resource management to enterprise development should be deeply understood and highly valued at the level of strategy and management.Through expounding and analyzing HR three pillars,a new theory and innovation model of human resource management,this paper takes Tencent's successful practice of HR three-pillar model as a practical case,under the HR three-pillar model,Combining the horizontal requirements of enterprise strategy and management with the vertical function of human resource management function module,it is of great practical significance to summarize the deep causes and experiences of driving the appreciation and outbreak of human capital value.
