A Research On Lean Production Reform Of Changli Technology Company

From the financial crisis in 2009 to the rapid economic downturn in 2014,and then to the supply shock of the global supply chain caused by the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020,all kinds of unpredictable and drastic changes in the domestic and international environment have brought great influence to the country’s private enterprises,and a large number of private enterprises are faced with problems such as falling orders,reduced income and broken capital chain.At the same time,private enterprises are the main structure of the national economy,and they have made great contributions to the development of the national economy and society.At this time when the crisis and opportunities coexist,how to better reduce waste,reduce internal costs,enhance product competitiveness,and open the market has become a common problem faced by all private enterprises.On the basis of fully collecting the existing research literature on lean production transformation of enterprises,this paper takes Jiangsu Changli Technology Development Co.,Ltd.(abbreviated as Changli Technology)as an example,analyzes the causes of its internal management problems,integrates years of experience in lean management consulting and lean production transformation,and then puts forward a set of implementation strategies and schemes for the lean production transformation route of domestic private enterprises.Taking this opportunity,this paper studies the application of lean production management in the production and processing of the company,aiming at providing a guiding scheme for the company to build a management mode of low cost,high quality and high quality service,so as to comprehensively enhance the company’s core competitiveness and win the market competition.At the same time,through research and exploration,a set of lean production application methods suitable for Chinese manufacturing enterprises are explored,and breakthroughs and innovations are made in the application research of localization of lean production management.First of all,through the analysis of the company’s current production situation,the paper identifies the main problems existing at present: imperfect efficiency system,poor quality system management effect,poor staff training effect,poor subjective initiative of employees,and large gaps between key indicators of enterprise production and operation and industry benchmark enterprises.Then,under the guidance of lean production thought,the paper studies the cases of lean production practice at home and abroad,combined with the production status of the company,and puts forward a new innovative implementation plan of lean production management.Finally,the paper studies the implementation verification of the company’s lean production application design scheme,and has achieved good improvement performance,further improving the overall lean production application implementation scheme.
