So the need to follow the theory of management innovation i s urgently, and i ntroduce the latest theoretical achievements into enterprise management process, and enrich and perfect marketing service process design, and innovate service model.The purpose of this study is to introduce the lean service concept and operation method of its system into the Shandong DZ tobacco companies’marketing services business, to build the Shandong DZ tobacco companies lean service mode I, and enhance the service level of the Shandong DZ tobacco companies effectively, development potential, reduce resource waste, and improve operational efficiency.Firstly, this essay compile statistics and analyze the survey of the relevant literature and sample object, based on the combing through analysis of lean production, lean management, lean service concept.Second, refers to the Lean model self-assessment form, it detection and evaluates the status of tobacco marketing enterprise service model proposed argument which the presence of the following six key issues, named the process of service delivery can not be reconciled with the problem of waste generated by the "customer satisfaction degree "generally low, the logistics model problem of the waste of resources, the quality of the marketing staff with the ability to not meet the work requirements, business model designed Absence, and service resources wasted problem.
