From the performance of grass-roots cadres in emergencies,we can see that most grass-roots cadres have a high sense of responsibility and dedication,make decisive decisions in emergencies,make reasonable arrangements,and even overfulfil various tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed.However,in the tedious daily work,some work of grass-roots cadres cannot be completed well due to various reasons.At this time,most leaders think that the grass-roots cadres themselves are not serious about their work,and they do not have a deep understanding of what is the key factor affecting the work engagement of grass-roots cadres,and how to improve the work engagement of grass-roots cadres.Therefore,through the research on the impact path of the intensity of emergencies on the work input,it has a certain inspiration to improve the work engagement of grassroots cadres in daily work,and has a certain reference significance for the domestic regions to formulate measures to improve the daily work engagement of grassroots cadres.In this thesis,the measurement scale of each variable was determined by combing the relevant literature of career calling,authority obedience,job involvement,selfsacrificing leadership,event system theory,and meaning construction theory.Based on the event system theory and meaning construction theory,the hypothesis of this paper is put forward.Then a questionnaire survey was carried out on the grass-roots cadres of J Street,and 186 valid samples were collected.Through the reliability,validity,correlation,regression analysis and bootstrap method of the questionnaire data,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The intensity of emergencies has a positive impact on work engagement;(2)Career calling plays a mediating role between the intensity of emergencies and work engagement;(3)Authority obedience plays a mediating role between the intensity of emergencies and work involvement;(4)Self sacrificing leadership weakens the understanding of the impact of emergency intensity on career calling;(5)Authoritative leadership weakens the influence of emergency intensity on authority obedience.Based on the research on the impact path of emergency intensity on work input,this paper further improves the impact mechanism of work engagement on grass-roots cadres,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the work engagement of grass-roots cadres in daily work.
