“Never forget why you started,and your mission can be accomplished”.This sentence points to the impetus for the development of the party and the country,at the same time,this sentence is equally important for corporate governance.In the field of human resource management research,calling as an emerging research variable has been valued by researchers at home and abroad to explore the mission and initial call of employees in the workplace.Under the new era background,enterprises are faced with a changing market environment,managing a large number of knowledge workers,how to trigger the employees' calling,guiding employees to integrate self-realization with the orderly development of the organization in the work process,which is a valuable research issue.Not only can effectively motivate employees,but also promote employees to voice actively.While helping companies cope with complex external market conditions,they will achieve the both development of enterprises and employees.Considering the needs of voice for the companies,in order to achieve effective incentives and promote employees to voice actively,this paper cuts from the perspective of employees' internal beliefs,analyzes the influence of calling on the proposed voice,and builds a chain mediation model to explore the influence mechanism between the two and proposes research hypotheses.The data was collected from 7 companies in different regions such as Beijing,and including multiple industries,such as manufacturing,communications,and the Internet.In order to effectively reduce the impact of homologous deviation on the results,the paired data of leaders and employees were collected in three different time periods,and 287 valid questionnaires were collected after aggregation.The final data was analyzed by SPSS20.0.The data validates the chain mediation of felt obligation for constructive change and work engagement.Finally,the four research hypotheses were confirmed.The study found that after controlling for demographic variables,calling has significant positive impact on voice;by the analysis of mediating effects,it proved that felt obligation for constructive change has an intermediary role between calling and voice;work engagement also has an intermediary role between calling and voice;felt obligation for constructive change and work engagement have a chain intermediary role between calling and voice.The data results support the corresponding research hypotheses.Based on the above research results,this paper verifies the previous professional research about calling,and innovate intermediary mechanism by introducing work engagement variable,which enriches the original research,clarifies the influence mechanism of calling on voice,and contributed a certain amount of research value.In addition,the research results can provide corresponding suggestions for enterprises,help enterprises to recognize and cultivate the calling of employees,and promote employees to voice,which has certain practical value.
