Competition increasing in the rapid social development leads the workplace mental sub-health. In Chinese culture, the state of peace, healthy, stable and sustainable development are the objectives of the national ideal; personal security, inner peace in the heart is the pursuit of a higher realm of Chinese people. But the reality of impetuous and utilitarian exacerbated the contradiction caused by the gap, which caused the research of the effective incentive to employees in the workplace.Motivation is a very important content in human resources management. According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, with the continuous improvement of people’s lives, material and money endures in the incentive effects of incentive for employees will be diminishing marginal returns, which will eventually become a health factor. In order to encourage group members of the organization for the common goal of sustained efforts, organizations must find a sustained driving force to drive the employees’ behavior by external demand and passive reaction to automatic spontaneous. Then we turn to the work calling.This study is absorbing and referring to various incentive theory and model, based on the perspective of self determination theory and resource theory, show the analysis of the current motivation behaviour caused by enterprise employee calling. And what leads this incentive process? Type in this study is mainly to discuss the internal incentive effect, and explore whether the more calling employees will have more internal motivation to make them more work or not. What’s more, according to the theory of resource conservation, the strong feeling of calling people have enough motivation to save resources.As resources deserving comes first, digging comes secondary,we find that the peace of mind can protect the motivation resources, which plays an intermediary role and brings staff more lasting inner incentive positive state to the work. Based on this viewpoint, this study proposes a peace of mind is to explain mechanism of mission occupation and work involvement.We use two sets of standard measuring tools in one-time for 300 employees of large sample(the effective sample size for 292) sampling survey to make a comparative study. Then it confirms the hypothesis, and the practical and theoretical significance of the study are discussed, providing research recommendations for future research.
