| With the gradual industrialization of China’s construction industry development and upgrading,construction and production mode and management mode also tend to be refined.Driven by the wave of digitalization and intelligence,the demand for digital construction applications by Chinese construction enterprises is becoming more and more urgent.In addition,with the development and popularization of the Internet of Things and information technology,enterprises must transform and upgrade,which can use digital production,and integrate scientific information technology to improve efficiency and win competitive advantages.However,the practical exploration of digital construction in China is still in its infancy at present,and the application level in the actual construction process of the project needs to be improved.Managers lack the grasp of management priorities and timely control,supervision and evaluation in the process of digital construction,so they cannot promote the improvement of benefits,and the current evaluation mode for digital construction is mostly "post-evaluation",which has certain limitations.In view of the above problems,from the perspective of whole-process engineering consulting,this paper takes the application of digital construction as the research object,and through the control and evaluation of the process,deepens the application degree of digital construction,promotes the development of digital construction to industrialization,and improves the application level.First,according to the Work Breakdown Structures work breakdown structure method,digital construction is divided into three stages: pre-stage,implementation and completion acceptance.After sorting,out the stage process after the division of digital construction,and establish process evaluation goals.Secondly,through the mastery of process control theory,build a digital construction process control evaluation system under the whole process engineering consultation.Thirdly,through the research of literature,The initial indicators of three division stages are created,and the weight of each indicator is calculated through the application of the analytic hierarchy process method,the important indicator factors are screened out,and the indicator evaluation system is constructed.Finally,a practical case is used to summarize and analyze the digital construction process control evaluation system under the whole process engineering consultation,and give reasonable suggestions.Based on this,the digital construction process control evaluation system under the whole process engineering consultation proposed in this paper has certain theoretical applicability in the application of digital construction.Therefore,in promoting the application of digital construction,process supervision and integrated collaborative management should be strengthened to ensure the stable development of the digital construction model under the whole-process engineering consultation,which has reference significance for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry to industrialization. |
