| At present,because China’s engineering cost consulting enterprises only focus on the cost consulting business,the whole cycle concept has not been formed,which is easy to lead to the increase of management cost and the delay of the construction period.And with the cancellation of the qualification of engineering cost consulting enterprises,the industry access threshold is reduced,the number of engineering cost consulting enterprises is gradually increasing,and the competition is becoming more and more fierce.Therefore,in order to have a place in the fierce competition,engineering cost consulting enterprises urgently need to transform and upgrade their business scope.The goal of the whole process engineering consulting is to create an engineering consulting service system integrating the whole life cycle of construction projects,which can effectively shorten the project period,improve the quality of consulting services,help consulting enterprises expand their business scope,so as to realize the long-term development of engineering cost consulting enterprises.The existing service content of L engineering cost consulting enterprises is single and homogeneous.In the environment of fierce industry competition,the development of L engineering cost consulting enterprises is hindered.Therefore,based on the research status of engineering cost consulting enterprise development,enterprise transformation constraints and transformation path,and the whole process engineering consulting of engineering cost consulting enterprise transformation and development,this paper carries out the research of the whole process engineering consulting of engineering cost consulting enterprise transformation and development: Firstly,starting from the enterprise profile of L engineering cost consulting enterprises and the necessity of engineering consulting in the whole process of transformation and development,the factors restricting the whole process of engineering consulting in the transformation and development of engineering cost consulting enterprises are analyzed and collated through literature research,and 24 restricting factors are preliminarily collated.Based on the expert interview method,the restriction factors were eliminated and supplemented,and the restriction factors of the whole process of the transformation and development of 20 L engineering cost consulting enterprises were determined.Secondly,the DEMATEL-ISM method is used to analyze the cause factors,effect factors and the hierarchical relationship and influence relationship among the constraints,and to explore the influence mechanism and influence path among the constraints.Therefore,it is determined that the transformation enthusiasm of L engineering cost consulting enterprises is not strong,the knowledge system of employees is not perfect,the whole process of engineering consulting lacks successful practical experience,the internal management system of the enterprise is insufficient,the development fund is limited and the enterprise lacks long-term development concept as the key constraints;Finally,on the basis of the key constraints,combined with the successful experience of other cost consulting enterprises in the whole process of transformation and development of engineering consulting,from the perspective of L project cost consulting enterprises themselves and the government,targeted optimization suggestions are put forward for the whole process of transformation and development of L project cost consulting enterprises.This study provides certain theoretical guidance and reference for the transformation and development of the whole process engineering consulting business of L engineering cost consulting enterprises,and also has certain reference significance for the transformation and development of the whole process engineering consulting business of other engineering cost consulting enterprises. |
