| Greening seedlings is an important guarantee for national ecological environment construction,one of the important emerging industries indispensable to the national economy,and an important landmark industry for the development of social,material and ecological civilization,with multiple economic,social and ecological benefits.However,with the blind development of the industry,the adjustment of industrial policies,the shortage of human resources,the scarcity of national cultivated land,the prohibition of "non grain cultivated land" and other policies,the greening nursery stock industry has faced severe challenges in recent years,including overcapacity,unreasonable industrial structure,and declining economic benefits,which have seriously affected the development of the greening nursery stock industry.How to improve the enthusiasm of foresters for planting green seedlings and explore the influencing factors of foresters’ willingness to plant green seedlings have become a new topic for local industry research.It is still blank to conduct empirical analysis on the influencing factors of green seedling industry in different regions by establishing scientific models.Therefore,it is of practical significance to analyze the willingness of foresters to plant green seedlings and the influencing factors,and propose targeted industrial development strategies for the healthy development of green seedlings industry.Based on the analysis of existing research at home and abroad,this paper constructs a logistic data model that affects the willingness of forest farmers to plant green seedlings by designing questionnaires,using questionnaires and interviews to carry out field research,and analyzes the factors that affect the willingness of forest farmers to plant green seedlings.The empirical analysis was conducted on 9 variables of 4 dimensions,including farmers’ personal conditions,forest households’ conditions,industrial market conditions,industrial policies and environment,and the significance level of each influencing factor was analyzed through the significance test.Through analysis,it is found that the root cause of affecting the planting willingness of forest farmers is the existing problems in the industrial structure of green seedlings in Feicheng City.Finally,the development countermeasures to improve the planting willingness of forest farmers in Feicheng City are proposed from the aspects of industrial policy,talent introduction,technological innovation,marketing,etc.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)Inadequate driving force for the development of greening nursery stock industry:economic benefits are the core of the driving force for the will of greening nursery stock growers.Ecological benefits and social benefits depend on the government.The two driving forces of growers and the government complement each other and are mutually increasing and decreasing.A compensation mechanism for ecological benefits should be established to transform ecological benefits into economic benefits of growers.(2)The management cost of forest farmers,the endowment of forest land resources,and government support measures have a significant impact on the planting willingness of forest farmers at the level of 1%.The education level,technology mastery,and seedling planting area of forest farmers have a significant impact on the planting willingness of forest farmers at the level of 5%,and the land transfer time has a significant impact on the planting willingness of forest farmers at the level of 10%.The age of forest farmers and whether they are diversified have no significant impact on their planting intentions.(3)Put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems: improve the government’s macro-control policies and enhance the driving force of industrial development;Optimize industrial structure and promote industrial transformation and upgrading;Strengthen the cultivation of industrial technology innovation and guide the high-end industry;Brand creation expands industrial influence and promotes industrial branding;Widen marketing channels and create a good marketing environment. |
