Under the normal background of the new economy,the national real estate development companies are facing new development opportunities and challenges.How to keep a firm foothold and rise to the challenge has become an important topic for the company’s strategic research.From the development of China’s real estate industry and the process of economic growth,we can see that the long-term healthy and stable development of the real estate industry can play a positive role in driving economic growth.Under the policy of "stabilizing land price,housing price and expectation",in order to promote the steady,healthy and vigorous development of the real estate industry,the real estate enterprises must be required to make efforts to solve industry problems to achieve the sustainable development of the company itself.Especially for our real estate enterprises,the safety and integrity of the capital chain is the most important basis to measure whether the enterprise can develop healthily.The capital chain refers to the chain formed by the financial support necessary to maintain the daily production and operation process of the company.It is a circular process.The capital demand of real estate enterprises is huge,and the complete and smooth operation of the capital chain is the key point of enterprise development and operation.However,at this stage,the real estate enterprises have the business characteristics of high leverage,long cycle and large investment.The capital chain risk has also become an important factor of the real estate enterprise’s business risk,which will seriously affect the normal operation of the enterprise.Especially in the context of the new normal,under the influence of the policy and economic environment,how can real estate enterprises accurately identify the potential risks and hidden dangers in the enterprise capital chain and propose targeted and effective preventive measures have become a crucial issue affecting the survival of real estate enterprises.This paper chooses A real estate company as the main research case to study the capital chain risk of A real estate company under the new normal background.Firstly,the paper expounds the background and significance of the research,summarizes and combs the research status at home and abroad,finds the shortcomings of the current research,and then launches the full text.At the same time,it defines the category and theoretical basis involved in the paper,deeply analyzes the capital chain operation process of real estate companies under the new normal background,lays a theoretical research foundation for further research,and also clarifies the research ideas of the article.This paper first identifies the capital chain risk of A real estate company,then analyzes the causes of the capital chain crisis faced by A real estate company,and finally puts forward suggestions on capital chain risk prevention.According to the risk management theory,this paper analyzes the operation and development status,financial management status and capital chain operation status of A Real Estate Company.In the process,the fishbone analysis method was introduced to accurately identify the capital chain risks of A Real Estate Company from the three stages of capital raising,capital use and capital return.At the same time,we used the evaluation model of combination of Z model and F model to make a financial early warning analysis on the capital chain of A Real Estate Company in 2016-2020.The result also shows that the capital chain of A real estate company does have risks,and then analyzes the internal and external causes of risk.Finally,this paper puts forward the capital chain risk prevention countermeasures of A real estate company,including improving the efficiency of capital operation,optimizing the capital structure,improving corporate governance and improving product R&D and upgrading innovation.
