| The pharmaceutical industry is an important part of China’s national economy.In recent years,the demand for medical consumption and the scale of pharmaceutical market continues to expand in China.Pharmaceutical innovation has entered the golden stage,more and more pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in China give up the operation model of light research and heavy production,gradually increase investment in upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to complete the transformation.Enterprises expect to form unique advantages with excellent r&d ability,perfect marketing system and brand value in the fierce market competition.At present,the implementation of asset-light operation model has become a new development trend of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.This paper selects Livzon Group as the research object,and determines the research ideas by sorting out the theories and literature related to the asset-light operation model.After that,the performance of Livzon Group since the implementation of asset-light operation model was analyzed.Livzon Group gradually completed the layout of the light assets operation model and improved its operation,profit,service and development ability by increasing r&d investment in the upstream industry chain,relying on the denotative development adjustment of industrial structure and improving the marketing system.There is still room for improvement in profitability and capital utilization efficiency when compared with Heng Rui Pharmaceutical.If Livzon Group wants to maintain the current strong development momentum,it needs to improve the research and development ability of the team,accelerate the research progress of products under development,and also need to actively implement sales deployment to expand market share,make effective use of capatical,so as to enter the ranks of excellent innovative pharmaceutical enterprises.Finally,based on the experience of Livzon Group’s transformation,this paper puts forward inspirations for the healthy and rapid development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. |
