Research On The Factors Influencing The Management Transformation Of Manufacturing Enterprises In The Digital Economy

The digital economy has become an important engine for high-quality economic development,and management transformation runs through the entire operating system of an enterprise,which has become a new driving force for enterprise development.The external environment of the enterprise becomes complex,and the traditional development model has been severely challenged.Accelerating the integration of high-tech digital technologies with traditional manufacturing enterprises is imminent,digital management transformation is necessary for manufacturing enterprises.Through relevant literature research,I have clarified the significance and direction of the research.Based on the business management model,combined with the background characteristics of the digital economy,analyzed from four aspects,I have identified influence factors.Take manufacturing companies as an example to collect data through questionnaire survey methods and construct structural equation models for empirical research.From the empirical analysis results,it can be seen that the four influencing factors of production R&D management transformation,business process reorganization,customer relationship management transformation and supply chain management transformation have successively reduced influence on the digital transformation of enterprise management,and combined with the comprehensive influence coefficient,get the ten most critical influence factors.Finally,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The point of innovation is to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the factors affecting the management transformation of manufacturing enterprises under the background of the digital economy from the perspective of the value chain based on the production and operation model of the enterprise.Figure 16;Table 26;Reference 59...
