Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Industrial Transformation Ability In Resource-based Region

Resources in the development of national economy plays an important role.Resource-based regional industrial restructuring is also a hot spot in recent years,but Chinese resource-based areas of industrial transformation effect is not very good and the successful areas are less.This paper defines the ability of industrial transformation as the reconnection ability of resources in the industry,and then recovers the ability of resource re-allocation into resource integration ability and resource acquisition ability.Through the analysis of influencing factors of industrial transformation ability in resourcebased areas find out what factors affect the ability and the extent of the impact of how much.Then analyze the resource-based areas of industrial restructuring capacity of the specific reasons to further promote the resource-based regional industrial restructuring and offer suggestions.Based on the theory of industrial economics,this paper defines the ability of industrial transformation.This paper analyzes the status quo of industrial transformation in resource-based areas,and points out that the industrial transformation and development of resource-based areas are faced with multidimensional dilemma: The transition effect is not good and the success areas are few;The internal driving force of transformation and development is not Strong;Resource-based areas continue to show new contradictions;Resource-based areas of long-term sustainable development mechanism needs to be improved and so on.The paper analyzes the main factors influencing the industrial transformation ability in the resource-based areas,namely,resource factors,capital factors,human capital,technological progress,market environment and institutional environment.This paper chooses the Shanxi-Shaanxi-Meng resource-based region as an example,and compares it with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei non-resource-based region.Analyzes the current situation of the influencing factors.Then builds the structural equation model,and uses the data from 2006 to 2014 to analyze the influence of each factor on the industrial transformation ability of the resource-based region.Finally draw the relevant path map.The results show that the resource integration ability is affected by investment structure,human capital and institutional environment.The ability of resource acquisition is influenced by the market,and the factors such as technological progress and institutional environment are also promoting the external ability of resource-based areas.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results of the article,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the resource-based areas.To promote the development of new industries;To improve the efficiency of capital allocation,accumulation and utilization;To enhance technological innovation capacity;To strengthen human capital investment;To expand the degree of opening up,To promote the development of new industries;To promote the development of new industries.Strengthen the resource transformation capability to Promote the Successful Transformation of Resource-based.
