Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of "China Lang" Town Construction Driving Rural Revitalization In Gulin County

An important difference between rural revitalization and the previous round of new rural construction is that the integration and interaction between rural development and new-type urbanization are closer.Towns and townships are the distribution centers for industrial products and agricultural products going to the countryside,the connecting hubs between rural areas and counties or cities,and the locations of rural commodity and factor markets.Since the concept of "characteristic town" was first proposed in Zhejiang Province in 2014 and certain achievements have been made in the construction,promoting the sustainable development of characteristic town has attracted extensive attention from the academic circle and the industry,and the construction of characteristic town has also become an important way to promote the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,it is of great significance for the rural revitalization strategy to build characteristic towns with strong capacity of industry and agriculture and small towns and villages.Taking China Lang Small Town in Gulin County,Sichuan Province as the research object,this paper summarizes and analyzes the development mode and current situation of China Lang Small Town through farmer questionnaire survey,interviews with relevant personnel,statistical data and data collection and other field research methods,and makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in special towns driving rural revitalization.Finally,on the basis of drawing lessons from other characteristic town construction experience,the author puts forward the policy enlightenment of promoting the effect of small town construction on rural revitalization.The current situation of China Lang Town construction is as follows: 1)China Lang Town adopts the integrated development mode of "industry with agriculture + town with countryside".Through the joint participation of the government,enterprises,village collectives and farmers,the endogenous power of township construction is stimulated;2)Form a new spatial development platform with soy wine production as the development focus,and soy wine cultural tourism and red agriculture and tourism as the extension of the integrated development;3)By building the core area of China Lang Town,it can form a growth pole for urban and rural development and promote regional economic development,which is conducive to optimizing the urban and rural spatial layout in the region,promoting urban-rural integrated development and helping rural revitalization.Through the analysis of industrial development,farmers’ income increase,village construction,ecological construction and rural governance effect,we can see the impact of building Lang Town on local rural revitalization: 1)promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and help rural industry prosperity;2)The effect of increasing farmers’ income is significant,boosting their life prosperity;3)Gradually improve the construction of towns and villages,efficient and convenient public services;4)Effective ecological and environmental governance to shape an ecological and livable environment;5)The effect of rural governance is obvious,and a civilized town is created.The construction of Lang Town in China also has the following problems: 1)the ability of industry to drive the localization of wine raw materials is not strong,and the development momentum is insufficient;2)The construction of supporting facilities is still insufficient;3)Lack of labor skills and low level of talent promotion;4)Low sense of local cultural identity and participation in town construction;5)Insufficient integration of rural tourism and industrial tourism.In order to further promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy of Erlang Town,China Lang Town should strengthen the driving ability of wine industry and promote the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Coordinate urban and rural infrastructure to realize integration of town and village infrastructure;Strengthen the cultivation of talents in primary and tertiary industries and promote the revitalization of rural talents;Cultivate residents’ local cultural identity and promote effective rural governance;We will integrate industrial tourism and agricultural tourism to bring more local residents to increase their incomes and become rich.
