Small Towns With Shanxi Characteristics Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy Development Research

Characteristic towns are the continuation and new situation of the construction of small towns since China's rural reform.The construction and development of characteristic towns is conducive to the realization of China's urban-rural integration process,and more conducive to the realization of rural revitalization strategy.Characteristics of small towns and rural revitalization,they have a certain logical relationship,they are mutually reinforcing and indispensable is complementary,mutual promotion of the relationship.There are inherent logical relations between them,and there are interrelated points of convergence and strength.The development of characteristic small towns is the implementation of rural revitalization strategy must be an important starting point for the development of characteristic small towns.The concept of characteristic town was first proposed in the guiding opinions on accelerating the planning and construction of characteristic town issued by zhejiang province in 2015,which is conducive to the construction of urbanization in China.With the help of the "rural revitalization strategy" implemented by the state,the construction of characteristic small towns in Shanxi Province is promoted and propelled into a sound track of development.Through in-depth study of shanxi characteristic town development model,not only can help clarify the characteristic town of contact between the various elements in the process of development,but also from a macro point of view to grasp the characteristics of Shanxi Province town of cultural heritage in the process of development and characteristic resources utilization,to realize rural revitalization strategy must adjust measures to local conditions for the development of characteristic town.This paper takes the development model of characteristic towns in Shanxi Province as the research object and combines the overall requirements of the rural revitalization strategy and the specific goals of the development of characteristic towns.Taking the development mode of characteristic towns of Shanxi Province as the research object,through field investigation,60 characteristic towns approved by the housing and urban-rural development department of Shanxi Province were divided into development modes.From the perspective of industrial path development,the characteristic towns of Shanxi Province are divided into six types,and the typical towns are selected for case study to summarize and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each development mode.Finally,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on the innovative development of characteristic small towns in Shanxi Province under the background of rural revitalization.
