| Land space is a complex formed by the role of natural elements and human elements.A certain land space has a variety of functions besides a main function.Based on the carrying capacity of resources and environment,optimizing the spatial development pattern of land is an important prerequisite for achieving high-quality regional development,as well as an important measure to further promote the construction of ecological civilization.Mount Tai region is an important ecological barrier of the whole Shandong Province.The interaction between human activities and the natural environment has formed a stable interaction system of various functions of land space.Ensuring the stability of the system is significant for the coordinated development of the region and even Shandong Province’s multi-functional land space.Under the new era land space planning system,this study defines the connotation of multi-functional land space from three aspects of ecological protection,agricultural production and urban construction,discusses the technologies and methods for comprehensive evaluation of land space supply function and demand function,advantage degree identification,and matching relationship division,identifies the advantages of land space supply and demand in the study area,and constructs the optimal pattern of land space based on the matching relationship between supply and demand,Propose corresponding control strategies.The study indicates that:(1)The spatial supply function of Taishan regional ecological protection is mainly in the middle and low value areas,showing obvious spatial heterogeneity.Specifically,the high value areas are scattered,and the middle and low value areas are contiguous;The demand function is dominated by high-value areas,showing significant unbalanced characteristics in space,specifically,the irregular characteristics of continuous distribution of high-value areas and scattered block distribution of middle and low value areas.The spatial supply function and demand function of agricultural production are dominated by the median area,showing a significant spatial agglomeration distribution state,which is mainly concentrated in the high and median areas,and scattered in the low value areas;The spatial distribution of demand functions shows a trend of balancing and interlacing,specifically,the high and middle value areas are distributed in a continuous manner,and the low value areas are distributed in a scattered manner.The supply function and demand function of urban construction space are dominated by medium and low value areas,among which the supply function is distributed in an "interactive" manner,mainly showing a block cross distribution of high,medium and low value areas;The demand function is characterized by spatial aggregation,which is mainly characterized by the zonal distribution of low value areas in a large range and distributed in the southern part of Mount Tai region,while the high and medium value areas are distributed in the northern part in blocks.(2)The multi-function land space supply and demand advantage function of Mount Tai region has the characteristics of spatial difference.The land space supply function is dominated by the single urban construction advantage function and the composite agricultural production urban construction advantage function,while the demand function is dominated by the single agricultural production advantage function and the composite ecological protection agricultural production advantage function.The supply and demand matching relationship of multi-functional land space is mainly highly matched and mismatched,accounting for 30.6% and 35% of the number of research units respectively.There is still 40% of the land space in the Taishan region with certain development and utilization potential,and 60% of the land space development intensity is close to or exceeds the resource and environment carrying capacity.(3)Considering the comprehensive impact of resource endowment,social and economic development,policy and institutional environment and other factors on different matching relationships,first of all,according to the principle of combining land space development and protection,and combining the matching relationship between the supply and demand of multi-functional land space,build a two-level linkage of land space comprehensive zoning,focusing on revealing the problems in the process of land space development and protection.Then,combined with the matching relationship between the supply and demand of multi-functional land space in different regions,and aiming at the occurrence process and influencing factors of high matching,medium matching,low matching and mismatch,the paper proposes differentiated regulation strategies from the aspects of intensive development,enhanced development,rational development,and improved development. |
