| The progress of German “Industry 4.0” plan has driven most of countries to launch digital and intelligent transformation upgrading plan,strengthen technical capability,improve international competence,and meet market needs.China has formulated strategic “Made in China 2025” plan as well to facilitate the implementation and development of manufacturing power strategy,in which the transformation from “made in China” to “intelligent manufacturing in China” is highlighted.Economic globalization and Covid-19 have bad effect on insufficient supply chain resources and increased raw material prices,so supplier management becomes especially important in survive.In this way,the high priority for those enterprises is implementing supplier management,continuously improving business performance and achieving rapid high-quality development against the background of digital intelligent transformation.As a leading role in national manufacturing industry,F company boasts a mature and sophisticated production system.Since the market becomes increasingly demanding,supplier management system is upgraded following digital intelligent transformation.Based on the literature review and case study,this paper studies the status quo of supplier management in F company under the guidance of Lean Thinking,followed by VSM of current status and non-value-added process identification.In addition,this paper offers a lean optimization of quality,delivery,cost and service from the perspective of digital and intelligent technology.Lastly,this paper proposes guarantee measures in 4M1E categories to promise the feasibility and implementation of these measures.Lean Thinking is about cutting off redundant activities that create no value in production process,and it has been adopted widely by most of enterprises in various activities,especially in supplier management.This paper may offer valuable experiences for some manufacturing enterprises in the course of digital and intelligent transformation,and new ideas to help enterprises manage supplier better.To be specific,by fully embracing digital and intelligent technology,manufacturing enterprises can implement lean optimization of supplier management indicators to improve products quality,increase delivery flexibility,reduce supply chain cost,boost service capability,and reinforce supply chain competitiveness and coordination. |
