Research On The Development Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Wanzhou Distric

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed for the first time to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.So far,the country has raised the issue of agricultural and rural development to a new strategic level.As an important form of new agricultural business entity in China,farmers’ professional cooperatives can consolidate and improve the two-tier management system based on the household joint production contract responsibility system,help farmers increase their income,promote the modernization of agriculture and rural development,and also promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the development of national economy and society.Since the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives(hereinafter referred to as the Law on Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives)was officially implemented on July 1,2007,farmers’ professional cooperatives in Wanzhou District have made great progress,achieved remarkable results and also became an important force to promote the overall development of the rural agricultural economy in Wanzhou.In the development process of the cooperatives in Wanzhou,remarkable achievements have been made,and their organizational capabilities have been continuously enhanced,driving farmers to get rich together,but their development also faces some practical problems.Under the background of the continuous promotion of the rural revitalization strategy and the high-quality development of the economy and society,it is worth exploring how farmers’ professional cooperatives in Wanzhou District can adapt to the requirements of the times,solve practical problems,and realize the higher-quality development.In this paper,I take Wanzhou District as an example to carry out the research.By reviewing relevant literature,the theoretical basis and significance of this research are clarified,and by visiting agricultural authorities,market supervision departments,township agricultural service centers and other departments,data analysis of the recycling questionnaires is conducted to grasp the development status of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Wanzhou as a whole.According to the survey,the current development results of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Wanzhou District are remarkable,but they are also facing practical difficulties such as weak overall strength,low production efficiency,lax system implementation,insufficient supervision and management,weak brand awareness,single sales model,narrow financing channels,insufficient financial support,low comprehensive quality of the talent team,and imperfect talent training mechanism.Therefore I systematically analyze the reasons for the formation of the development dilemma,and combine the development experience of typical local cooperatives,put forward specific measures such as strengthening supervision and assistance,promoting the standardized operation of cooperatives,developing rural finance,broadening cooperative financing channels,innovating the talent training mode,optimizing the talent introduction mechanism,implementing the brand strategy,and promoting the demonstration construction of cooperative.
