Banks development initial period,the bank of the same type number less,not competitive,but with the development of bank,state-owned bank,around the national nature of joint-stock commercial Banks,urban commercial Banks,rural commercial Banks,and many other Banks are blossoming,competition between Banks,along with the continuous deepening of the reform of the financial sector in recent years,interest rate marketization of continuous fermentation,With the strengthening of financial supervision and the increasing complexity of staff’s work,the middle managers of banks are also facing increasing challenges in this environment.Middle managers in the banking industry are both executives and managers in the bank.As executors,they timely understand the instructions of senior managers,execute tasks according to the instructions,hand over satisfactory answers to senior managers,and always pay attention to the latest research results of the industry development,analyze the possibility of implementation in the bank,provide superior managers with cutting-edge development planning,achieve the final strategic goals;As managers,they need to properly decompose the tasks issued by the superior,coordinate all parties,lead the team to complete the superior arrangement with high quality and efficiency,and do a good job of management responsibility.Middle managers need to make good use of both roles to promote the realization of strategic goals.In addition to facing the problems that need to be solved by these two roles,such as conflict coordination,rational allocation of resources,maintaining organizational cohesion and competitiveness,middle managers also need to worry about the direction of personal development and promotion,and the next development goals of people management.Since the causes of job burnout of middle managers are emotional exhaustion,work slowness and unique factors commonly faced by employees,middle managers face far more job burnout than ordinary employees.Based on the H middle managers of joint-stock commercial Banks as the research object,combined with job burnout,such as basic theory research materials and documents,through middle managers of H joint-stock commercial Banks questionnaire data and statistical analysis,look for the causes of the middle-level managers burnout,through the study found the following conclusions: First,as the "bridge" middle managers,there is a situation ofBurnout in the work,and this phenomenon is relatively common;Second,due to the special positioning of this group in the bank,the generation of job burnout will be harmful to the realization of the overall goal and personal career development;Third,the generation of middle managers’ job burnout is not the influence of a single factor,but the result of internal and external factors.Fourth,through the intervention of internal and external factors,can alleviate the existing phenomenon of job burnout,and even prevent the middle manager job burnout in advance.Based on the analysis of the causes,and on this basis,combined with the actual,from personal,work,internal system and external environment four aspects proposed the idea to change yourself,attitude adjustment,reasonable planning implementation and burden,strengthen internal communication,improving the efficiency of the business process,perfect the institutional system,reduce the commercial bank middle managers job burnout countermeasures,in order to alleviate middle management burnout in the banking industry.
