| With the continuous development of our society,facing the more complicated and changeable economic environment,high-speed development of scientific and technological innovation and more restrictive policies of bank supervision,the competition between banks become more and more fierce.The middle-level managers,as the mainstay of the Xiamen Branch of X bank,suffer from the internal and external stress increased year by year.Therefore,their thoughts and actions fluctuate wildly,and the symptoms of job burnout issues appear and spread,which will have a great impact and harm on their development of professional career,and also have great negative effects on the normal operation of Xiamen Branch.At first,based on the relevant theoretical foundations and professional literature of job burnout research,this study has took the career development bottleneck and problems of the middle-level managers into full consideration.On one hand,this study will make the structured interview which contains all the middle-level managers at the Xiamen branch of Xiamen Branch,on the other hand,it'll collect and analyze the relevant historical statistics of the development of the Xiamen Branch as well as the middle-level managers.This study will summarize the problem and the harm of job burnout in the group of the middle-level managers,and arise the real attention to the issues of job burnout.In the meantime,this study will further analyze the influence factors of job burnout phenomena,and propose the feasible and pertinent solutions and measures in terms of the organization and individuals,which will prevent and interfere the breakout and spread of job burnout problems.This study will help Xiamen Branch return to the process of efficient and sustainable development,and help the middle-level managers to get a better career development at the same time.Therefore,this study has a significant and practical value.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)job burnout phenomena among the middle-level managers in the Xiamen Branch is universal;(2)due to the professional characteristics and the important position at the bank of the middle-level managers,the harm of job burnout to the bank organization and employees caused by them can't be underestimated;(3)the generation of job burnout is not simply caused by the influence of single factor,while,it is usually caused by the comprehensive result of long-term interaction of the external environment factors and the individual factors,which mainly includes the social environmental factors,bank organization factors,work factors and personal factors;(4)there have a series of reasonable and practical precautions and measures at the organization and individual level in order to prevent the appearance of job burnout and relief the existing job burnout problems,which will help maintain the physical and mental health of the middle-level managers,as well as to help the Xiamen Branch back to the effective and sustainable development path. |
