In the 21 st century,China's living standards have increased very fast,and the pressures of life have increased,the life rhythm has also accelerated.In recent years,Burnout has become more and more famous,and through many research and analysis,it is shown that Burnout has happened in our daily life.At first Burnout was thought it began to appear in service industries,such as teachers,medical staff,etc.But currently,Burnout has spread all over the industry.As we know,the middle-level managers of enterprises are the backbone of the enterprise and suffer more pressure from the enterprise.The middle-level managers of enterprises are also the vulnerable groups of Burnout.For measuring their Burnout status effectively,sufficient research and analysis is very important.Based on the research to find the method to reduce Burnout,improve work efficiency,and enhance work enthusiasm,will be a significance valuable research.This thesis has five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction;The second chapter is the summary of theories and literature;The third chapter is research design and survey;The fourth chapter is the analysis of Middle-level Managers burnout's situation and causes.The fifth chapter is the solution of Burnout.This thesis clarifies the concepts and theories of the middle-level managers' burnout based on the literature research.And I classify the burnout into different levels and try to find out the certain factors which are relevant to the burnout.Correlation analysis is applied as the same as statistical analysis.Among the organizational factors,the salary and benefit,personal development and the relationship of the organization are the major triggers to the middle-level managers' burnout.Among the personal factors,the personal mentality and self-recognition are the major causes.Based on the above findings,this thesis introduces various management methods to prevent and recover the job burnout of the middle-level managers due to both organizational and personal factors.
