Research On The Influence Of Cruise Tourism On Regional Economy

As a new regional economic growth mode formed by the evolution of transportation mode and industrial structure,domestic cruise tourism based on cruise port cities has attracted attention due to its powerful driving effect on regional economy and become an important means for local governments to cultivate economic growth poles,replace old and new driving forces and stimulate regional economic development.In this context,This paper selected topic cruise tourism on regional economic impact research,in order to provide reference for the collaborative development of cruise tourism and regional economy.Combined with CiteSpace software to comb the hot spots of cruise tourism in China,this paper takes the impact of cruise tourism on regional economy as the research object,adopts literature review method,normative analysis method,empirical analysis method and comparative research method,based on the previous research foundation of industrial agglomeration theory,growth pole theory,regional economic growth theory and industrial chain theory.The object of the study is studied comprehensively and systematically.On the basis of qualitative analysis and summary of domestic and foreign experience on cruise tourism and regional economic development,quantitative analysis is carried out.Based on the discussion of the influence mechanism of cruise tourism and regional economy,a production function model was set up.The panel data of eight major cruise port cities in China from 2010 to 2019 was taken as the research object,and the Stata MP software was used to analyze the results to study the influence of cruise tourism related factors on regional economy.The empirical results show that the fixed asset investment,cruise passenger flow and urbanization level driven by cruise tourism development have significant effects on regional economy.The growth of cruise passenger flow effectively improves the attraction and radiation ability of regional economy to high-end production factors.At present,the degree of cruise industry agglomeration is low,which is not conducive to the upgrade of cruise industry and has little effect on regional economy.The coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model were further established,and the relevant data of 8 major cruise port cities in China in 2019 were taken as research objects to calculate and analyze the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of cruise tourism and regional economy.The analysis results showed that: Cruise tourism and regional economy have a certain coupling relationship.Cruise tourism and regional economy in major domestic cruise port cities have a high degree of coupling,and the degree of coordinated development shows a polarization trend.Through the degree of coordinated development,we can determine the degree of balance between cruise tourism and regional economy,and cruise tourism and regional economy complement and influence each other.Finally,based on the summary of the foreign cruise development model,empirical analysis of the conclusions and the problems and reasons facing the cruise tourism and regional economic development,this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from six aspects.
