Study On The Influence Of Cotton Industry And Regional Economy In Hebei Province

As one of the crops with the longest industrial chain,the limited import of high-end raw cotton forces our country to master the problem of dressing in our own hands.Hebei Province,as one of the three pillars layout,bears the responsibility of dispersing risks and is an important component of regional economy.A 3 million mu cotton flower production protection zone was established to protect the continuous decline of cotton in Hebei Province.In recent years,cotton production in Hebei Province has shown the development trend of scale,mechanization,information,intelligence and social service.In the environment of coordinated development of regional economy,cotton industry has an in-depth analysis of the impact on regional economy,and explore the industrial development mode matching with regional economic development,which plays an important role in guiding the development of cotton industry.In this paper,the relationship between cotton industry and regional economy in Hebei Province is taken as the research object,based on the current situation and mutual relationship between cotton industry and regional economy in Hebei Province,the "five modernizations" of cotton is taken as the measurement standard of cotton industry in Hebei Province,the system theory,coupling degree theory and industrial development theory are taken as the theoretical support,and 18 relevant index data from 2009 to 2018 are sorted out as the research basis.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,the coupling development model of cotton industry and regional economy in Hebei Province is established.Through the empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the comprehensive evaluation index to measure the development of cotton industry and regional economic systems in Hebei Province has obvious "scissors gap"phenomenon through comparison,and there are periodic changes:F(x)>G(y),the cotton industry is in a slow decline,while the regional economy is rising from fast to slow,and the scissors gap is changing from big to small;2015 is the intersection,Then,f(x)<g(y),the scissors gap becomes larger from small,and the rapid growth of regional economy at the same time drives the gradual rise of "five modernizations" of cotton;(2)the coupling degree between cotton industry and regional economy in Hebei Province develops in twists and turns,but generally maintains a good coupling relationship;(3)the coupling coordination degree trend and coupling degree of cotton industry and regional economy in Hebei Province are large However,the coordination level changes more obviously:from 2009-2018,the coupling relationship between the two is from near maladjustment to primary coordination and then to intermediate coordination,which shows that the coordination effect of the two is more and more obvious.It also analyzes the influencing factors and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:(1)accelerate the "five modernizations" of cotton in Hebei Province and the sharing of regional economic information:(2)accelerate the construction of high standard cotton fields with the focus on cotton reserves,improve the infrastructure of cotton industry,and promote the regional economic growth;(3)improve the social service system of cotton and provide economic security;(4)guide the establishment of production The benefit distribution mechanism and risk control mechanism of deep integration of study and research,increase the deep integration of production,study and research,and stimulate the cotton economy;(5)strictly control the quality of cotton varieties,and develop diversified added value.The innovation of this paper is reflected in the perspective of research.It is the first time to take the "five modernizations" of cotton as the entry point of cotton industry,analyze the influence and coordination state of cotton industry and regional economic development in Hebei Province from the coupling effect,and put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the more coordination of the coupling relationship between the two.Therefore,the research content of this paper has certain reference significance for the future research of cotton industry.
