Study On Supply Chain Vulnerability And Countermeasures Of Fresh Agricultural Products

Our country is a big agricultural production country,risk management of fresh agricultural product supply chain is very important.At present,due to objective conditions,the supply chain of fresh agricultural products in our country is still lagging behind.At the same time,due to the complex and diverse supply chain of fresh agricultural products,it leads to the repeated interruption,the phenomenon of fresh agricultural products supply and demand stage and regional imbalance,reflecting the supply chain of fresh agricultural products in our country faces an extremely severe challenge.Therefore,it is urgent to analyze the generation mechanism of fresh agricultural product supply chain fragility in our country and to put forward the countermeasures to solve the fragility problem.First of all,SCOR model was used to identify the vulnerability factors of fresh agricultural products supply chain from the five operational processes of planning,procurement,production,transportation and return.Secondly,through the simulation of system dynamics model,the generation mechanism of fresh agricultural products supply chain vulnerability was studied,and then the coping strategy of fresh agricultural products vulnerability was proposed.Finally,taking Honghui Food Co.,Ltd.pear supply chain as a case to identify the vulnerability factors and risk analysis,and put forward measures and suggestions to solve the vulnerability problem.The results showed that:(1)the vulnerable factors of fresh agricultural products supply chain include market demand fluctuation,delayed delivery by farmers,backward cold chain technology level,insufficient cold storage infrastructure,insufficient on-duty rate of workers,increased return behavior,insufficient procurement of means of production,and low transportation efficiency.(2)Each vulnerability factor affects the inventory of growers and retailers respectively,leading to the failure of the inventory of growers to reach the expected sales quantity or the failure of the inventory of retailers to meet the market demand,which is further transformed into the vulnerability risk.(3)Through the identification and analysis of vulnerability factors,effective countermeasures for fresh agricultural products supply chain vulnerability were proposed.This study provides an effective way to solve the supply chain vulnerability of fresh agricultural products and enrich is the application of supply chain risk management theory and system analysis theory in the field of fresh agricultural products.Based on the research results,vulnerability coping strategies are proposed to provide reference for the formulation of relevant government policies and the selection of corporate decision-making.
