| With the proceeding of financial reform in China,the competition among chinese commercial banks has become increasingly fierce.The development and utilization of human resources directly determine the potential development and marketing competitiveness of banks.Talented people are more and more important for the development of banks.As the core way of human resource appreciation,training is an important way to improve organizational efficiency and core competitiveness of banks.As one of the direct creators of company benefits,the new employee training work also plays a crucial role in the transformation and development of commercial banks.As one of the most famous state-owned banking groups in China,Z Banking Group SX Branch has a set of fixed and procedural training system for new staff,but there are still problems such as imperfect training system,low working efficiency of new staff,weak customer service awareness,and lack of confidence in future career development.The new staff team has problems such as poor cohesion,lack of sense of team and responsibility,and shortage of business level.These problems affect not only the talent reserve and sustainable development of company,but also weaken the further promotion and core competitiveness of banks.It can be seen that the current training system can no longer effectively improve the overall professional quality of new employees,and it is urgent to optimize and improve the existing new employee training system.Commercial banks should establish a scientific and complete training system to improve the quality of employees,and then enhance the core competitiveness of banks.For this reason,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the new employee training system of SX Branch of Z Banking Group:Firstly,it determines the training needs from the perspective of meeting the new employee’s own development needs and integrating the enterprise’s development strategic objectives.Secondly,the new employee training system of SX Branch of Z Banking Group was optimized according to the principles of strategy,practicality and continuity.Thirdly,the training system for new employees of of SX Branch of Z Banking Group has been effectively evaluated from the four levels of reaction,learning,behavior and results.The fourth part discusses the effective guarantee of new employee training in SX Branch of Z Banking Group from four dimensions of system guarantee,personnel guarantee,fund guarantee and resource guarantee.This paper aims to improve and promote the human resource training management system and new employee training system of Z Banking Group SX Branch by studying the new employee training system of SX Branch of Z Bank. |
