Research On The Impact Of Agricultural Industry Agglomeration On High Quality Agricultural Development In Heilongjiang Province

Agricultural industry agglomeration can promote moderate scale operation of agricultural production and bring economies of scale benefits to agricultural production.Improving the high-quality development level of agriculture is a necessary condition for industrial prosperity and rural revitalization strategy.Under the influence of market economy and government support,the level of regional agricultural industry agglomeration has improved,which to some extent increases agricultural economic benefits,optimizes agricultural production structure and spatial layout,which is basically consistent with the goals of agricultural development and the expectations of high-quality agricultural development.In the context of the structural reform of the agricultural supply side and the "rural revitalization" strategy,based on the current situation of agricultural industry agglomeration and agricultural development in Heilongjiang Province,in order to effectively improve its level of agricultural industry agglomeration and the quality of agricultural development,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of agricultural industry agglomeration on the high-quality development of agriculture in Heilongjiang Province.Based on the statistical yearbook data of Heilongjiang Province and 13 prefecture level cities from 2011 to 2020,the level of agricultural industry agglomeration and high-quality agricultural development were calculated.The method of location entropy was used to calculate the level of agricultural industry agglomeration,and the temporal and spatial differences of agricultural industry agglomeration levels in 13 prefecture level cities in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed;The entropy weight method was used to calculate the level of high-quality agricultural development,and the temporal and spatial changes of high-quality agricultural development in Heilongjiang Province and 13 prefecture level cities were analyzed.Based on the theoretical hypothesis of agricultural industrial agglomeration and high-quality agricultural development,this paper constructs a model to conduct regression analysis and robustness test on the whole and sub regions of Heilongjiang Province.By studying the impact of agricultural industry agglomeration on the high-quality development level of agriculture in 13 prefecture level cities of Heilongjiang Province from 2011 to 2020,the following conclusions are drawn: firstly,the agricultural industry agglomeration level of 13 prefecture level cities in Heilongjiang Province has been developing and changing year by year from 2011 to 2020,and the combined effect of many factors has led to significant regional distribution differences in their agricultural industry agglomeration level.Secondly,the level of high-quality agricultural development in Heilongjiang Province has been continuously improving over time from 2011 to 2020,and there have been leapfrog changes in the past decade,from 0.175 in 2011 to 0.912 in 2020;The high-quality agricultural development level of its 13 prefecture level cities has also developed from the first level to the third Fourth Estate,which has developed rapidly in the past ten years,and each prefecture level city has shown different degrees of leaps and bounds.Thirdly,the impact of agricultural industry agglomeration on the level of high-quality agricultural development in Heilongjiang Province shows a positive promoting effect,and due to geographical differences in the south,east,and north,the impact of agricultural industry agglomeration on the level of high-quality agricultural development is only most significant in the east,consistent with the overall regression results of Heilongjiang Province,The impact of agricultural industry agglomeration in the eastern region on the high-quality development level of agriculture closely follows the overall pace of Heilongjiang Province,thus exhibiting regional heterogeneity.Therefore,based on the above research conclusions,in order to promote the high-quality development level of agriculture in Heilongjiang Province,corresponding efforts should be made from the following aspects based on agricultural industry agglomeration: firstly,to improve the development level of agricultural industry in the region;Secondly,promote the level of agricultural economic development within the region;Thirdly,improve the income level of farmers in the region;The fourth is to improve the level of urbanization within the region.
