Research On The Influence Of Rural Industrial Integration On Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity In Heilongjiang Province

The No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2023 has made a comprehensive plan to speed up the construction of a modern agricultural power,and promoting the green development of agriculture is the proper meaning of its title.As an important reserve base of grain strategy in our country,Heilongjiang province has made an important contribution to agricultural development in our country,and has a great responsibility to protect the national food security and ecological security.However,in the process of promoting agricultural development,the problems of decreasing organic matter content,shallower surface,large-scale application of production means such as pesticides and fertilizers,and massive consumption of irrigation resources in black land are still prominent.Under the dual pressure of resources and environment,it is urgent to promote the green development of agriculture.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy of green agricultural development,the state has issued a series of policy documents,taking the integration of rural industries as an important starting point to promote the green development of agriculture,emphasizing the integrated development of agriculture and food processing industry,production service industry and information technology to drive the green upgrading of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.Based on the above background,this paper takes Heilongjiang Province as the research area to analyze the effect of rural industry integration on agricultural green total factor productivity through theory and demonstration.Firstly,the conceptual basis and related theories of rural industrial integration and agricultural green total factor productivity were summarized.Secondly,the development status of rural industry integration and agricultural green total factor productivity in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed and discussed.Entropy method and SBM-GML index method were used to measure rural industry integration and agricultural green total factor productivity.Then,the intermediary variable of agricultural industrial structure upgrading was introduced,and the intermediary effect model was established to empirically analyze the relationship between rural industrial integration,agricultural industrial structure upgrading and agricultural green total factor productivity.Finally,the research conclusions are summarized and policy recommendations are put forward.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the level of rural industry integration in Heilongjiang Province shows an obvious upward trend,and gradually shows obvious regional differences;Second,the agricultural green total factor productivity of Heilongjiang Province and prefecture-level cities increased steadily,showing a good trend of agricultural green transformation.Thirdly,the integrated development of rural industries in Heilongjiang Province can improve the green total factor productivity of agriculture by promoting the rationalization and upgrading of agricultural industrial structure.Based on this,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions: first,according to local conditions to create a new mode of rural industry integration,promote rural industry integration;We will strengthen the driving capacity of leading enterprises and develop advanced agricultural technologies.Second,accelerate the upgrading of the agricultural industrial structure,focusing on the adjustment of the agricultural industrial structure,and constantly raise its level of high-grade.Third,actively improve the level of agricultural science and technology innovation in Heilongjiang Province,and transform the agricultural production mode from low-energy extensive production mode to high-energy,efficient and green production mode.Fourth,make full use of the international market,constantly improve the agricultural export trade mechanism,actively carry out agricultural import and export trade,and improve the degree of openness of agricultural import and export trade.
