At present,China is gradually transitioning from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.As a major agricultural province in China,Henan Province's agricultural development is not only related to China's agricultural economy,but also to the development of China's national economy.In this critical period of transformation,it is very important that Henan Province's agricultural development status and whether it can smoothly transition while maintaining stable growth.In addition,agricultural green and sustainable development are the common demands of the international and domestic.General Secretary Xi Jinping also pointed out that “Green Mountain is also the Jinshan Yinshan”.Therefore,this paper takes the agricultural green total factor productivity of Henan Province from 1998 to 2016 as the research object.The system analyzes its time,space characteristics and influencing factors,in order to improve the countermeasures of agricultural green total factor productivity in Henan Province.The ideas of this paper: Through comprehensive consideration of the EBM model of undesired output and the measured Malmquist-Luenberger index,the comprehensive analysis of agricultural green total factor productivity in Henan Province from the perspective of time,region and city;Secondly,analyze the current situation of agricultural green total factor productivity in 18 cities in Henan Province in 2016,and analyze their improvement direction from the perspective of input and output;Thirdly,the convergence analysis of agricultural green total factor productivity in Henan Province and various regions;Then,using panel regression model,the main factors of government support for agriculture,agricultural capital investment,agricultural research input,urbanization level and industrial structure are used as explanatory variables to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural green total factor productivity in Henan Province;Finally,based on the conclusions of empirical analysis,some countermeasures are proposed.The main conclusions of this paper:(1)From 1998 to 2016,Henan's agricultural green total factor productivity showed a positive growth trend as a whole,but therewere obvious regional differences.(2)In 2016,18 cities and municipalities in Henan Province except Xuchang City,Sanmenxia City,Hebi City,Jiaozuo City and Jiyuan City,the comprehensive technical efficiency of the remaining 13 cities and cities was invalid,and there were different levels of input redundancy and expected output shortage.And the undesired over-production phenomenon,there is a large room for improvement as a whole.(3)Among Henan Province and various regions,there are only ? convergence and absolute ? convergence in Huanghuai area,and Henan Province,Zhongyuan urban agglomeration,Yubei area and Huanghuai area all show obvious conditional convergence.(4)Scientific research input,government support policies,and industrial structure have positive effects on the agricultural green factor productivity in Henan Province.Agricultural capital input and urbanization have a negative inhibitory effect on Henan's agricultural green total factor productivity.
