With the rapid economic development,our goverment and people’s attention to food safety is also increasing.Food safety incidents such as black workshops on takeout platforms,clenbuterol incident,counterfeit drinks,expired burgers,pickled cabbage in the dirt pit,stale vermicelli,and Thai fragrant rice,etc.exposed in the 315 Program Evening in the past years,are always shocking.These food safety incidents caused by lack of responsibility and negligence of supervision,at worst,reduce the quality of people’s food consumption.If it is serious,it will cause long-term harm to the health of the people.And in the rural market of Longkou City,the complaint rate of food safety incidents increased year by year,this reminds us to strengthen the supervision of food safety and ensure the safety of food consumption of the people.At present,in the context of multiple institutional reforms,the period of piecemeal supervision of food safety by lots of controls has passed.The current regulatory situation is led by the market regulatory Bureau,other relevant departments as auxiliary supervision.Further research and improvement of rural food safety supervision system is conducive to the implementation of the strategy of promoting healthy China.Stronger boost rural food safety supervision,enhance the level of rural food safety regulation and to promoting social work,implementation to ensure the safety of people’s food consumption is of great significance.Based on the theory of public goods,the theory of information asymmetry and the theory of government regulation,The methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,factor analysis and multiple linear regression were used to solve many problems found in daily supervision work,and takes four dimensions of food production and management subjects,regulatory subjects,establishment of regulatory system and handling of safety problems as the starting point.Rural market consumer groups in Longkou City was selected as the research sample to evaluate the level of food safety supervision in the rural market.This paper evaluates the food safety supervision level of Longkou rural market.Through the establishment of a model for analysis,the degree of understanding of the food safety law by food producers and operators,the legal awareness of food producers and operators,the degree of cooperation of food producers and operators with the work of food safety supervision departments,the working experience of food safety supervision personnel,the training of food safety supervision personnel,the assessment of food safety supervision personnel,the interaction with other regulatory agencies,and the consumer’s understanding of the food Safety Law,consumer awareness of rights protection,consumer participation in food safety supervision,public participation in social co-governance,social co-governance maturity,food safety popularization work publicity intensity,food sampling inspection intensity,regulatory subject administrative punishment intensity are important factors affecting the level of food safety supervision.To ensure people’s food safety,starting from the food safety supervision subjects,consumers and other social forces,food production and management subjects,and the government,the four parties put forward the strengthening of food safety supervision subjects law enforcement forces,government departments to increase resources investment,improve the responsibility of food production and management subjects,improve social attention and other policy suggestions.
