Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Supervision And Management In Rural Areas Of Yiyang City

Food comes first to human,so does safety to food.Food safety problems such as the European horse turmoil,Taiwan's waste oil incident,"melamine milk powder"and"poison ginger"events in China are global concern which may lead to a great impact.Food safety problems in China have been attached great importance and food safety regulatory measures are gradually improved.The most stringent in the history of the so-called"Food Safety Law"was promulgated and implemented in 2015,however,the rural areas are made weak in food safety supervision by poor enforcement of rural food safety regulations,absence of food safety knowledge and lack of food safety awareness and prevention,which threatening food safety in rural areas seriously.This paper takes rural food safety supervision in Yiyang city as an example,by summarizing the current situation and achievements of rural food safety supervision with the relevant theories and the data of browsing,interviewing and discussion,pointing out the problems of the rural food safety supervision:the overall level of the rural food industry is low;the supervision system are not perfect;the supervision power are relatively weak;the supervision funds are seriously insufficient;the inspection instruments are scarce;the mass consciousness needs to be improved.Combining with the reality of the rural areas in Yiyang City in view of the above problems,this paper proposed to vigorously develop the food industry,raise the level of the industry;strengthen the supervisor learning,enhance the regulatory capacity;multi-sectoral collaboration to strengthen supervision,promote social co-governance;improve investment system,elevate the system of food safety supervision and the supervision of the environment;enhance the propaganda and people's awareness of food safety in seven aspects of countermeasures.
