Evaluation Study On The Level Of High-quality Development Of Manufacturing Enterprises In Northeast China

The report of the 20 th Party Congress points out that high-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.Although the northeast region is an old industrial development base,the development of manufacturing industry has encountered bottlenecks in recent years,not only the development speed lags behind the Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta and other developed manufacturing regions,but there is also a significant gap in the quality of manufacturing development.High-quality development has become an inevitable step for the manufacturing industry in the northeast to regain its competitive advantage.The high quality development of manufacturing industry needs to be realized through the high quality development of micro enterprises.Therefore,this thesis takes micro enterprises in Northeast China as the entry point and carries out research with the fundamental purpose of improving the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China.First,the research background is analyzed to clarify the purpose and significance of the study,and the current status of domestic and international research on manufacturing industry and high-quality development of enterprises is understood through literature combing.Secondly,the concept of manufacturing enterprises and the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China are defined,the connotation of high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises is clarified,and the basic theories to be used in this paper are introduced to provide theoretical guidelines for the subsequent construction of the index system.Thirdly,the evaluation index system of high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China was constructed based on the five dimensions of economic efficiency,innovation-driven,transformation development,green development,and people’s livelihood sharing,and 14 secondary indicators and 23 tertiary indicators were identified and completed.Fifth,we evaluated and analyzed the level of high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China from the perspective of full sample,sub-regional sample and sub-industry sample.It is found that: from 2013 to 2021,the change trend of the level of high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China is relatively volatile,with repeated up and down trends;from 2013 to 2021,the change trends of manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China are different in the five dimensions of economy,innovation,transformation,green and people’s livelihood,except for the change trend of innovation dimension which is improving year by year,all other dimensions show fluctuating changes;Liaoning Province The level of high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises is the highest,followed by Heilongjiang Province,and the slowest in Jilin Province;the level of high-quality development of different industries differs greatly.Finally,we put forward targeted suggestions to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China.
