| In the process of continuous improvement of the level of economic development,the people’s quality of necessities in daily life are also constantly improving.Supermarket,as the main place for people to buy necessities in their daily life,has developed rapidly along with the growth and change of people’s demand in daily necessities.From the overall level,in recent years,China’s supermarket chain operation effect is relatively good,but due to the short overall development time,in the actual development process,different problems in the development of different links.For example,the geographical layout of the distribution center is unreasonable,the distribution path needs to be further optimized and so on.These problems are bound to have a certain impact on its distribution.For the M supermarket studied in this thesis,the fresh market is its focus on running from,and fresh production of perishable,difficult to store in this special,will require the use of cold chain logistics,but because M supermarket cold chain logistics equipment update is not timely,path planning of scientific water in low use lead to M super to solve the sample decay rate is much higher than the level of the entire industry,which greatly increases the cost of M supermarket forward,reduce its distribution efficiency,affect its service level,Therefore,the solution to the existing problems of M supermarket logistics distribution is imminent.This thesis first introduces the background and significance of the research,as well as domestic and foreign scholars’ research on supermarket logistics distribution and distribution route optimization,then elaborates related concepts of distribution,logistics distribution,supermarket logistics distribution and cold chain,and then further analyzes the current status of M supermarket logistics distribution and analyzes some existing problems.Then,in view of the above problems,with the cold chain transport logistics theory of fresh products in M supermarket and the theory of vehicle routing problem as guidance,the cold chain logistics of fresh products in M supermarket as the research object,the cost of fresh products in M supermarket in the process of transportation was comprehensively analyzed,with the comprehensive cost minimization as the objective function,the optimization model of logistics distribution route was established.The genetic algorithm program code was written to solve the model,and the actual example was cited to simulate the model,and the appropriate distribution route in line with the cost optimization objective was obtained,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm was verified.The results of this study will bring practical reference value for the cold chain distribution industry of M supermarket in terms of how to optimize the distribution route,improve the efficiency of logistics distribution,reduce the loss rate and reduce the logistics distribution cost. |
