Research On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Jinan A Group’s Investment Decision

At present,the number and scale of regional state-owned investment companies are expanding continuously,which have become one of the most important investors in the market economy.In this article,Jinan A Group Ltd.,a regional state-owned investment company is chosen as the research object.As a regional state-owned investment institution,Jinan A Group Ltd.plays dual roles of market and government,which is different from private investment companies.Its investment objectives not only pursue economic benefits,but also needs to bring a driving force and influence on the development of the regional economy.The nature of the dual roles leads to relatively more factors that affect Jinan A Group Ltd.to achieve the final investment decision.Therefore,in order to form scientific and reasonable investment suggestions,and eventually balance between economic benefits and government influence,it is an urgent issue for A Group to explore the influencing factors and relative weight of these factors in the investment decisionmaking process.Based on the research results on the influencing factors of investment decisions both domestically and internationally,this article identifies common factors that affect investment decisions from the perspective of project evaluation.Then,PEST analysis and SWOT analysis are used to analyze the macro and micro environment of Jinan A Group Company,and factors that Jinan A Group Company needs to focus on are analyzed from common influencing factors based on the environmental situation.Finally,through executive interviews and combined with practical work,the influencing factors of investment decisions of Jinan A Group Company were further determined.After determining the influencing factors of investment decisions for Jinan A Group Company,quantitative data on the influencing factors were obtained through a survey questionnaire.From the perspectives of state-owned capital investment platforms and social capital investment platforms,the article uses principal component analysis to determine the degree to which the two platforms attach importance to various investment decision-making influencing factors.Finally,this paper puts forward reasonable investment suggestions decision and safeguard measures of Jinan A Group Ltd.based on the different focus from the two types of investment companies on the factors affecting the investment decision,combing with the current situation of Jinan A Group.On the one hand,Jinan A Group Ltd.as an example of this paper,it enriches the investment decision-making of regional state-owned investment companies,and supplements the investment decision-making theory of these companies.On the other hand,it puts forward feasible suggestions for the investment decisions of regional state-owned investment companies.Also,it provides referencing suggestions for other investors in the research on the influencing factors of Investment decisions and countermeasures.
