Methane,also known as“coal gas”,the main ingredient is a flammable gas,methane,which is not well known,occurs in coal seams and its surrounding rock,is a kind of gas resource associated with coal.Compared to traditional conventional energy,coal bed methane is more clean and green.Due to coal bed methane exits in coal seams and its surrounding rock,so the process of coal mining is likely to cause a gas explosion,leading to the mining accidents.If use new technologies to pull out coal-bed methane from the coal seam,not only the occurrence of mining accidents can be avoided,coal-bed methane can also be utilized,that is to be used as a new clean energy to replace natural gas,to ease pressure on energy,to change harm into the effect.In addition,coal-bed methane is a greenhouse gas whose greenhouse effect is more serious than that of CO2,this feature also put forward demands for rational exploitation of coal-bed methane and makes great significance in environmental protection Thus,exploitation of coalbed methane,coal-bed methane industry development,not only bring social benefits,but also can produce good economic and environmental benefits.The exploitation of coal-bed methane has great significance,however,it is also faced with many difficulties,the industry started late,complex geological structure,the lack of independent research and innovation,simple misappropriation of traditional oil extraction technology and equipment,lack of professionals in the backbone,geysers property disputes,mining costs remaining high,shale gas heat impact and so on,many aspects of these problems,have brought challenges to China's CBM industry,so that the development of China's CBM industry is in trouble.In this paper,factors affecting the development of China's CBM industry research is based on coal-bed methane industry-related concepts and data mining theory.Mainly through introduction of related research status at home and abroad,relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this study to present research background reports,through the analysis of the development process of the coal bed methane industry and its development status at home and abroad,the development experience of coalbed methane industry are drawn and learned.Then by analyzing the current situation and characteristics of China's CBM industry,using the Delphi method and the method of data access,field research method,and other methods to determine the index system of the factors affecting China's CBM industry.On this basis,using factor analysis and principal component analysis to establish analysis model of the affecting factors,factors affecting the development of China's CBM industry are empirically studied.Confirmed by the principal component,using factor analysis techniques to get analytical results,and conclusions are further made based on the results,proposed human capital,enterprise strength,industry environment,Internet+foundation,are four factors currently restricting industrial development of China's coalbed methane.Finally,according to research conclusion,create CBM-related courses,train professional personnel,introduce professional talents to enrich the human capital,increase the degree of production and research integration,access to government's financial support,introducte external technologies,form core competitiveness to enhance corporate strength,strengthen the management of mineral rights,develop inclined industry support policies,adjust industry structure to increase awareness of the CBM,take appropriate macro-control measures to resist the impact of alternatives,explore CBM markets to create a favorable industry environment,and adapt to the times,follow the trend,make full use of Internet resources to form the“Internet+”mode of coal-bed methane industry,and a series of corresponding recommendations are proposed.
