| In the traditional elderly care service,due to the information asymmetry between the supply and demand of the service,it is easy to break the trust and affect the service quality.In the new Internet + elderly care service platform,due to the diversity of participants and the service characteristics of "online and offline",there will be multiple information asymmetry between the government and private sectors,supply and demand parties and the platform,which leads to false information,quality problems and other trust-breaking behaviors.The existence of a variety of dishonest behaviors is seriously hindering the development of elderly care PPP project platform model.In view of the trust-breaking problem existing in the operation of elderly care PPP project platform,the state gradually introduces supervision into the platform,and the platform model has gradually become a new field of trust-breaking behavior supervision.How to effectively supervise the trust-breaking behavior of elderly care PPP project platform model has become an important challenge for the development of the platform model.First of all,through combing the elderly care PPP project platform of dishonest behavior pattern characteristics,the theoretical basis and cooperative governance theory,from different perspectives of the asymmetric information,credit principal opportunism tendency,and perceived value,,the elderly care PPP project platform mode faithless behavior formation mechanism model and behavior regulation of theoretical framework is established in this paper,which provides basic theoretical support for the study.Secondly,this study determines four parties of elderly care PPP project platform including the government,the elderly care provider,elderly care platform operators and elderly care service demander,based on the literature analysis and expert interview on the dishonest ACTS of each main parties in the elderly care platform,influencing factors and regulation measures are analyzed to identify.Again,platform mode of PPP project the influence factors of the multi-agent dishonest ACTS and regulations on the static analysis of the elderly care platform of multi-agent forming mechanism and the regulation of the dishonest ACTS the regulating effect of regulation and the multiple linear regression analysis,finally got the hypothesis testing results of the path and the internal influence mechanism of the relationship,which provides the corresponding data basis for establishing the SD model of system simulation and supervision analysis of trust-breaking behavior.Finally,based on the research results of the internal static mechanism of trust-breaking behaviors and supervision of the four parties of elderly care platform,a simulation platform for the formation of trust-breaking behaviors and supervision system of elderly care PPP project platform is constructed by using system dynamics.Preliminary simulation of the platform is conducted through questionnaire survey results.To observe the level of trust-breaking behavior of each platform subject in the initial state,the level of trust-breaking behavior after supervision and the level of trust-breaking behavior after platform interaction;Through the adjustment of regulation coefficients for four parties in the platform,the method of comparative analysis and parameters analysis were used to analyze all kinds of regulation and supervision for the platform main body the influence degree of the level of dishonest ACTS.Finally,based on the results of elderly care system simulation platform of multi-agent dishonest ACTS of regulatory measures to comprehensive analysis and put forward the corresponding control strategies: Supervision measures for trust-breaking behaviors of four parties involved in elderly care platforms should include complete credit laws and regulations,flexible platform multi-agent cooperative supervision mechanism,perfect long-term credit evaluation mechanism and reasonable and appropriate law enforcement team.In addition,platform advantages and multi-agent interaction characteristics should be fully utilized.Based on new technological means such as big data,real-time and dynamic supervision are carried out on multiple participants of the platform to restrain trust-breaking behaviors of all parties of the platform.Considering that the multi-agent trust-breaking behavior supervision strategy of elderly car platform proposed in this study has certain typicality and universality,it can provide reference for multi-agent trust-breaking behavior supervision of PPP project platform model in other fields. |
