Based On The Customer Satisfaction Of Wuhan Mulan Mountain Scenic Spot Residential Accommodation,Development Strategy Research

Wuhan,a thoroughfare of nine provinces,boasts many famous natural and cultural landscapes.Mulan Mountain Scenic spot located in Huangpi is one of them.As a well-known tourist attraction in Wuhan city Circle with rich resources and beautiful environment,Mulan Mountain Scenic spot has been attracting tourists from all over the world.The scenic spot is located in a subtropical area with superior climatic conditions,so it has become the preferred resort for many tourists around.In the peak season,a large number of tourists flock to the scenic spot,leading to the shortage of hotel rooms,based on this,some tourists choose to stay in the surrounding B&Bs.Initially,most of the B&Bs around Mulan Mountain scenic spot are family-style hotels,with relatively single service items and lack of characteristics.In recent years,with the increasing number of tourists in the scenic spot,some B&Bs around the area began to transform to the characteristic mode,but compared with Yunnan,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai,where the tourism industry is developed,there is still a gap that cannot be ignored.In this study,the author takes the development of B&Bs in Mulan Mountain scenic spot as the entry point,uses literature research and questionnaire survey as the research tools,and carries out an in-depth and systematic analysis of customer satisfaction in Mulan Mountain B&Bs.Generally speaking,the paper contains the following five aspects:The first part is mainly the use of network platforms such as Zhiwei,Wanfang,Weipu and other platforms as well as offline platforms such as the school library,systematically collect and sort out literature and theoretical knowledge related to the study of guest satisfaction in B&Bs,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the study.In the second part,the paper analyzes and studies the development of residential accommodation around Mulan scenic area from the aspects of its production,current situation and environmental factors.The third part is to use the questionnaire survey method to carry out descriptive statistical analysis of tourist satisfaction in Mulan Mountain Scenic Spot,the research cut-in points include the sex,age,occupation,education,expectation and so on.The conclusion of tourist satisfaction evaluation is obtained by means of variance analysis and mean value analysis,and the prospect of the conclusion is deeply analyzed.The fourth part explores the successful experiences of the development of homestay tourism in Dapeng District,Shenzhen and Taiwan,and draws lessons from them,providing inspiration for the development of homestay tourism in Mulan Mountain Scenic Area.In the fifth part,through the actual situation of the development of the residential accommodation in Mulan Mountain Scenic Spot,we find the main existing problems,at the same time,the author puts forward some ideas and measures to solve the problems,such as the supervision of the industry,the construction of the infrastructure,the building of the brand,the publicity of the brand and the construction of the quality system.In the last part,the author summarizes the contents of the study,and puts forward the prospect of the study in the light of the current situation and existing problems of the residential accommodation in Mulan Mountain Scenic Area.The significance of this study is to help operators of homestays around Mulan Mountain further understand the consumption characteristics of tourists,comprehensively explore and attract potential target customers,and fundamentally and effectively promote the improvement of customer satisfaction of homestays in Mulan Mountain scenic area.At the same time,it can also provide valuable theoretical support for the innovative development of the local homestay industry,promote surrounding farmers to increase their income and become rich by operating characteristic homestays,and assist in the healthy,stable,and sustainable development of the local homestay industry economy.At the same time,it further enriches the research results in the development of tourism homestays in Mulan Mountain,providing reference for the development of homestays in similar regions.
