Research On The Development Strategy Of Characteristic Towns From The Perspective Of Global Tourism

In 2016,China established the first batch of comprehensive tourism demonstration zones,and from then on,comprehensive tourism began to rise and develop.In the current context of rural revitalization,we need to transform and enhance traditional industry towns with the concept of comprehensive tourism,integrate the construction of characteristic towns into the overall layout of regional economic development,actively promote the "industry+" and "tourism+" strategies,and promote the deep integration and development of comprehensive tourism and characteristic towns.Therefore,this article uses a combination of literature analysis,case study,quantitative analysis,and qualitative analysis,guided by the principle of problem orientation,and based on the research ideas of proposing,analyzing,and solving problems,to explore the development of tourism in characteristic towns of Sangua Commune from a global tourism perspective.Specifically:Firstly,this article explains the basic framework of the research,which is based on the introduction of the research background.It provides an overview of the academic and theoretical significance,practical guidance,main objectives,and methods of this study.In order to deepen the content of this study,the article summarizes the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in this field,and elaborates on the core concepts and theoretical basis of this study,This provides literature support and theoretical basis for the smooth progress of this study,and also helps to understand the basic overview of this study.Secondly,this article introduces the basic situation of Sangua Commune,focusing on the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),selecting five dimensions: policy design,scenic area governance,industrial integration,basic supporting facilities,and public sharing as primary indicators,and following up on each dimension to refine,a total of 21 secondary indicators were selected.The development level of tourism in the entire area of Sangua Commune was evaluated through fuzzy evaluation by the heads of various universities,local government departments,and tourism companies in Anhui.The results of the evaluation showed that the overall evaluation value of the development level of Sangua Commune’s characteristic town was 87.31,indicating that experts believe that the development level of Sangua Commune’s characteristic town is high.From the five first level indicators of the development level of the characteristic towns in Sangua Commune,all five first level indicators have high evaluation scores.Among them,the evaluation scores led by the industrial integration indicator and policy design indicator are higher than the overall evaluation value,with scores of 88.22 and 88.04,respectively.The score of the comprehensive tourism service is 87.19,although slightly lower than the overall evaluation score,To some extent,it indicates that the tourism service level of Sangua Commune still needs to be strengthened and improved.The fourth and fifth ranked indicators are the national sharing index,with a score of 86.24,and the scenic area governance index,with a score of 85.54.From this,it can be seen that the level of scenic area governance in the development of scenic tourism in Sangua Commune is relatively low,mainly manifested in infrastructure,environmental governance,and other aspects that need to be further strengthened.Thirdly,based on the research findings,the article aims to improve policy support and optimize the spatial layout of tourism;Improve the level of governance and strengthen the environmental governance of scenic spots;Optimize industrial structure and innovate integrated development models;Improve infrastructure and enhance the quality of tourism in scenic areas;Integrate regional resources and encourage the participation of the entire population;Specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to optimize service quality and retain tourism professionals in six aspects,helping Sangua Commune to better promote the development of regional tourism and improve the development level of characteristic towns from the perspective of global tourism,providing practical and feasible solutions.In summary,for Sangua Commune,in the process of seeking its own development,it is necessary to firmly seize policy opportunities,combine market development trends with tourists’ tourism demands,continuously integrate regional and market resources,and through multiple channels such as continuously improving its own operational level,improving the scenic area management mechanism,and innovating new tourism development models,to consolidate the development level of the scenic area and continuously improve its management level,Promote the transformation and development of tourism development in characteristic towns.
