Research On The Spatial Organization Of The Integration Of Industry And Town In The Characteristic Town Of Comprehensive Health Industry

Characteristic town is a new mode of small town development in China.In the context of rapid urbanization,the development of grass-roots villages and towns in China is slow,there are problems such as small scale,weak industry,inadequate public services and style degradation.In recent years,in order to enhance the economic vitality,spatial carrying capacity of small towns and promote the integrated development of industry and town,a new development mode of characteristic towns,which is characterized by strong industry,converging functions,fine form and beautiful mechanism,has been proposed under the guidance of Zhejiang Province.Furthermore,more than 2000 characteristic towns(including 403 national characteristic towns)have emerged in China.After the Rural Revitalization Strategy is put forward,all regions actively promote the development of Rural Revitalization.The characteristic towns should also actively respond to the call of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy,take the development of the "town" as the guide,expand the scope of development vitality,and promote the coordinated development of cities and villages from the whole area.The key to the development of characteristic towns is industry,while space is the carrier of industry.Production,life and ecology are the three elements of spatial organization.Therefore,the key to the development of the characteristic town is to take the overall planning of the whole town as the spatial organization framework of the characteristic town under the guidance of the path of industry and town integration,and take the integration of production,life and ecology as the spatial development goal,so that the industry can give full play to its initiative on the spatial carrier and promote the healthy development of the characteristic town.Based on the industrial characteristics,403 National Characteristic Towns in China can be divided into 13 types,of which 49 are featured by comprehensive health industry,accounting for 12.16%.In October 2016,the state promulgated the "healthy China 2030" plan outline,and in July 2019,the state proposed the healthy China action to promote the implementation of the "healthy China strategy",which ushered in new development opportunities for the comprehensive healthy characteristic town.This paper takes the comprehensive healthy characteristic town as the research object,focusing on the integration mode of industry and town and the optimization of "production & life & ecological" space,and studies from three aspects of spatial organization path,spatial organization framework and spatial organization elements.By analyzing its industrial layout,spatial organization and integration of three kinds of living,it finally summarizes the applicable spatial organization strategies: industry first,taking advantage industry as the core.To build a pan industrial cluster,leading the spatial organization by industrial layout;overall planning of the whole town,take industrial construction as the link,link and create the mode of characteristic town + rural complex + beautiful countryside;to achieve the integration of production,life and ecology,and to establish the organic relationship among the three elements of production,life and ecology.In August 2017,dongajiao featured town was selected as the second batch of national featured towns,and then the master plan of Chenji town was revised in time.In August 2019,the detailed control planning of the start-up area and surrounding parts of the plot of dongajiao featured town was successfully completed.It is a large health featured town under construction with Ajiao production as the leading industry.Please refer to This paper takes this as an empirical case,through analyzing its spatial organization and planning layout,to test the spatial organization mode of industry town integration,and summarize the prospect and shortage of the research.
