| In current enterprise management activities,it is common to see that multiple projects run in parallel.These projects share various resources of the enterprise.For project-driven enterprises,especially IT enterprises,the cost of human resources is increasing in its cost structure day by day.Many enterprises have the problems of unreasonable staffing and low adaptability of multi-skilled employees.To enhance the core competitiveness and achieve strategic goals of enterprises,it is important to give full play to the value of employees and carry out effective project management.Through the analysis and research on the current situation of human resources allocation in project-driven IT enterprises C company,it is easy to find that resource conflicts are very obvious between multiple projects.Based on this,firstly,after analyzing the present situation of human resource allocation under multiple projects at home and abroad,the relevant theories of human resource allocation methods under multiple projects are summarized.Secondly,through analyzing the current situation of human resource allocation in C company’s multiple projects,this thesis constructed the human resource allocation system.According to the balanced scorecard theory and expert scoring method to evaluate the multiple projects,this thesis can get the corresponding importance weight factor of multiple projects and achieve the division of project priority,and then based on the role and skill requirements of human resources of multiple projects,the employees of C company will be classified and graded.Then,according to the requirements of multiple projects,this thesis established the multi-project demand model with the goal of maximum profit and the corresponding dispatch model with the goal of high matching of employees’ skills,as well as the employee dispatch model with the goal of maximizing enterprise profit under the timing project.At last,through calculating with actual data by using Lingo software,this thesis can get the optimal scheme of human resources planning under multiple projects.Finally,based on the above multi-project human resources allocation scheme,this thesis optimizes the current human resource planning system of C Company by adding modules such as project management and planning execution on the basis of the current staff management,job management,system management module.Then the system will be used to plan and solve the problems which is faced by C Company and the optimal dispatch scheme will be obtained at last.These will help enterprises to realize the information and intelligent management application of multi-project human resource allocation. |
